Fast response same day appointment friendly and informative fixed my drain in a matter of minutes ty! only drawback was the hefty price which is pretty high for a clogged drain but the issue was resolved so Ill learn from the experience which has a value all its own.

They wouldnt give me any estimate over the phone. I still thought I would try them because I have a $50 coupon. When the technician arrived he quickly quoted me $435 for a job I had done previously for $150. If Roto-rooter has a fixed price list, why couldnt they just quote me over the phone? This wasted my time waiting and the technicians time driving to my house. He will make up his time overcharging somebody else but now I still have a stuck drain and need to call somebody else.

Great experience! The technician is very knowledgeable and experience, solved my problem fast. The scheduling is also easy, got confirmation in 1 hour and technian on site next morning!

James Johnson came out and was fantastic. He came to follow up on a plug in our main line that had cleared but seemed to be a problem once again. Due to some miscommunication with the dispatch he wasn’t prepared with the proper equipment but was helpful, gracious, and tried to problem solve even though he didn’t have what was needed. He got on with his supervisor to make sure the equipment would be sent. I would call and ask for him specifically.

It was our first experience with this company. We had a problem with the bathroom sink. Rosalyn, the representative from the company, did an amazing job to fix it. She was a pleasure to communicate to, and she explained what the problem was about. She fixed it quickly and even suggested to use plastic pipe instead of the old brass one. We bought the pipe and she installed it for us. We are very happy with the service.

We needed someone to come out ASAP one morning after the toilets in both restrooms at work decided to stop working. Chris showed up within an hour of me calling to request service & about a half an hour after he showed up another Chris (estimator) came by to give us a quote for clean up. Arrived 35 minutes after calling them. The technician, Cesar Palacios, quickly diagnosed the issues and repaired what was wrong. The job was completed in less than an hour and a half. Cesar was very pleasant and professional.

Why am I writing this review at 9:30 on Friday night of a holiday weekend? Because Greg G from RotoRooter just left after making a disaster “all better.” This morning I found a wet mess in my basement - a leaking pipe. I called Roto Rooter without much hope, given the holiday weekend. But Greg came out right on time, showed me the problem, and quoted me a fair price. Then he hit hitch after hitch, but solved them all. And needless to say he took all the Covid safety measures. And was friendly and patient to boot! Our water is back on, leak is gone and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Greg!!

Kyle Smith is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I’ve ever met. I called them on Saturday afternoon for a clogged toilet and they were very prompt in responding. Unlike the plumbers I have dealt with in past, they didn’t quote a minimum charge and told that they will charge once they assess the situation. The dispatcher called me to let me know that the plumber time and he was punctual. I appreciate Kyle’s work and it was definitely worth the money.I’m gonna refer them to all my family and friends.. starting from my kid’s PTA and extra curriculars to everyone I meet in my Indian community events.. because honestly.. many of us live in older houses or with naughty kids and we all need someone who can save us from clogged toilets.

I had a technician today named Christian who did an extraordinary job on a multi-system clog. My mother and I were two older ladies stranded by another plumbing company for two days. The guy they sent Tevita came within the time range, he was very nice and looked into the problem and offered several options on how to solve the problem. It was pricey but the problem was not that bad than we originally thought so it was okay. I will call them again.

My sewer line was backed up. I figured Sunday would be a long wait, but someone arrived in a couple of hours. I liked getting a phone call about 30 minutes before the technician arrived.

Chris and Sean were terrific. Explaining in detail what I needed to know, courteous, making sure my animals didn’t accidentally get outside, leaving a clean workspace when they were done. I would absolutely rehire them. They certainly eclipsed any plumbers I’ve tried in the past.

We would give our plumber 5 stars. He got the job done quickly and was professional. He didnt offer any discounts, but when I asked, he did give us a senior discount. The only reason we asked for a discount is because the price of service was so high. Thats where the 3 out of 5 stars comes in. The plumber quoted us a $200+ figure if he could finish within an hour. Otherwise it would be $404 going into a second hour. Well, he finished within an hour. And part of that hour was spent fixing a tool he broke. But because he worked on 2 drains instead of just the one we called him out for (they were related to the problem) he had to charge us the higher rate. When we complained he explained that the company had recently gone corporate and had changed pricing structure. We asked him to let his bosses know that we would not be using Roto-Rooter again. The prices are unreasonable.

I had a time constraint that I communicated to the office, and they made sure that a technician would be to my home on time. When I communicated the time constraint to the technician, he made sure to complete his work on time. I’m very pleased that I had a water emergency that they were able to solve on a day when I had prior commitments.Also the technician identified problems that I wasn’t aware that I had, and that are covered under warranty with my appliance. Overall very satisfied.

Very prompt response and scheduling of service. Tech did his job properly and happy with his work - but he did not wear shoe coverings and left mad bits throughout my house. I was charged $400 for a routine clean-out. Happy to help revitalize the American economy (roto’s overhead) because that’s the only thing good about paying 2x what local guys charge. If I did not have another deadline to deal with I would have refused service at the door. Will wait for the local guys next time... who follow standard practice like wear shoe coverings.

2 toilets backed up. Hired plumber night before who charged $300 and could not unclog the main line...Roto Rooter to the rescue. The technician, ROZ (4735) was courteous, knowledgeable, dedicated to getting the clog(s) open, and did a fantastic job cleaning up before she left. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend Roto Rooter (and especially Roz) to anybody seeking plumbing help.As a side note, we plan to hire Roto Rooter to come out and install a clean out in the front yard in the near future....!

We called Roto Rooter about a clog in our kitchen that was pushing up gunk up in our hall bathtub. We knew what the issue was because it happened before in 2015 and were happy to call Roto-Rooter again to help us. We have to give them 3 stars due to the following averaging: 5 stars for the super quick and professional service. We called on Sunday morning and they were able to pull up our last visit info and then come see us the same morning and our repair person was so professional and kind. We then give them 2 stars because the cost of the service had doubled. Just to clear the drain from the kitchen output we were quoted $425 this time ($200 in 2015). We understand inflation and cost of living, but this seemed like a super bummer. The job took about an hour and a half. Then I realized we had received a coupon in a mailer for another company RooterHero m advertising drain clearing for $79 with proper access, up to 75 feet. $75-$425 seems pretty far apart. In talking with our nice service man he gave us a 10% discount so we ended up paying $382. Still a lot but they got the job done!
