I just received an email from yes-video, informing me that my order will Be delivered on May 16, 2021. I dropped off my order at a Costco on January 10th, 2021. I called their customers service to verify this information and I got a bunch of excuses, enty apologies. I was skeptical to trust this company with my memories. They have a mixture of reviews and decided to give them a chance with one of my tapes and was going to send the rest if the experience was good. I asked the representative about a discount due to the extended delivery date. She was really quick to refer me back to Costco and I sure Costco will refer me back to them. So far the experience has not been good, I will not give them another try with my tapes. I hope this company can send me the finished product in the 4 weeks that I was told it would take.
Try calling them. You will be on hold for four months.
