We got locked out of the truck while keys inside. Im just wondering why they dont have or provide two sets of keys. $75 for the locked out service.I didnt like that particular issue but the truck is very clean and economical.

Just rented a box truck here to move my stuff and I have to say Im extremely satisfied with renting it here. It was super easy to reserve it, pick it up, and return it. The employees that work here were also very friendly and helpful.Best of all, the price was very affordable for the size of the truck I got. The truck even had a hydraulic lift gate. I would not hesitate to rent from them again or recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a moving truck.

Solid truck, reliable reservations, good customer service. I rented a 26ft truck and all went well. Only issue was that the truck seemed to lack guts climbing hills.

We made a reservation with U-Haul on a holiday weekend only to find out they made an error and our pick up location was a 2 hour drive away! I started making calls, Oscar at Penske was polite AND helpful. Not at all like several customer service reps (ironic title) I spoke to prior to calling Penske. He actually worked with me to find a truck and completely saved our day. Thank you to Oscar and the staff at this location.

As a user of quality reliable truck rentals I found Penske not only has the newest and best maintained Rental Trucks available to the public. Besides quick help service and the by far options and rates for every renter. And the Mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend PENSKE to everyone for all your rental needs and moving supplies and dollies blankets etc.

The mechanic David is so rude and he seems to have a problem with Black truck drivers I hope I never have to pick up another truck from there

BEYOND UPSET WITH THIS PLACE! Would leave 0 stars if possible. Completely screwed us over thousands of dollars! We were renting one of their trucks to move important large pieces of material, when we arrived to get the RESERVED truck, they said they had none left! Did absolutely nothing at all to help remedy the situation either. Go elsewhere if you would like the business to honor your reservation.

Good selection of vans and trucks. Reasonable rates in one-way drop offs. Area can get lots of traffic during rush hour.

I had to move from San Jose to Elk Grove. As we all know moving can be stressful. They made my move just one step easier. When I could not find a truck anywhere they came though for me.

I went to pick up a truck that had been reserved the week before and they didnt even have it there or anywhere near. The closest place that had one was over an hour away. This is the most unhelpful worst Penske dealer Ive been to and I work for a commercial moving company and use Penske and Ryder and uhaul all the time.

Horrible service, I called before hand to let them know I was picking up a truck, that was paid for, upon arrival, they said that the truck was not ready and needed maintenance done, which they said would take only an hour, after an hour I asked for the status, and they said more problems where found, which would take an additional 1 hr and a 1/2, they did this 3 different today, penske is closing now, and Im just hanging out in the lobby while the mechanics are on lunch break, they dont leave until 10 at night, so Im just sitting here like an idoit
