Amazing birthday party event! Our son loves tow trucks, and wanted a “tow truck” themed birthday party. I called David at Oz Towing just to see how much it might cost to bring a tow truck by for a half hour. Well, David said that in all his 12 years of towing experience, he had never had such a request, so he would do it for free! Not only did he keep his word, but he arrived at the exact time he said he would, plus he stayed longer too. I had hoped he would just explain the various parts of a tow truck... but he went way beyond that and had my son (and the other kids at the party) help him put my car onto the tow truck bed, drive around the block, then unload it! It was unforgettable! David, thank you for going above and beyond what we could have hoped for! If we ever need a tow truck, we will call you! And I can imagine other little kids might like to have a tow truck at their birthday parties also! Thank you again for making our son’s birthday extra special!!

Awesome company! My nephew had his 9th birthday party today, he’s been totally into tow trucks lately, with the real life towing tv shows on and such. His mother called Oz towing and talk to the owner and asked if we could get a tow truck to stop by for a birthday party.David was happy to come out and let the kids see the tow truck in action! He even let them honk the horn - almost as loud as a train horn (sorry neighbors).This company is owned by a guy who will go to lengths to make your family happy and safe, what more could you want?

Thank you Oz towing for your professional service. One of our fleet vans needed an emergency jump start. The driver showed up on time as scheduled. Performed the service very quickly and the charge was very reasonable . Thanks to OZ towing we were able to get to our customers on time. Can’t recommend enough!!!

This is the company sent out by AAA. Took over two hours to arrive and then only after we called them at the two hour mark. The driver Doug said he might have to leave our car somewhere while he did another tow job then hed come back for it (um... what?). He said hed call if he ended up having to do that. The trip from there to the shop should have been about 45 minutes. He showed up with our car almost an hour after that. Never called to say he had to do another job or where our car was during that time. Just on the side of the fwy somewhere? No clue. When he dropped it off he didnt wait to tell anyone, took off before we could get out to the truck. I know you guys get really busy but thats some really terrible communication. And is it even legal to drop a tow off somewhere and not even tell the owner where? Shady.

I Got stuck last night SFO on my way home to San Jose. Lucky me, the first company I have called, got Oz Towing immediate response by a great customer service . Very responsible con-pair price!!The truck showed up in less than 40 minutes. The driver, well professional and great attitude. I needed my 1968 Impala towed to a shop to be worked on. The Driver that arrived was very helpful and professional!! My sexy girl wouldnt start so the Driver was nice enough to help me push her out of the parking stall I had it in to line it up with the long bed. He also knew ahead of time to not use hooks but instead tie my baby down from the tires to his bed. Fair Pricing as well. I had asked other towing companys but there pricing was outrageous!! I would definitely come back and recommend them to others just off the shear professionalism with quick and easy service!

I waited 60 minute to be picked up by David. He did not require any assistance from me at all. He loaded my Porsche’s onto his flatbed and we were off. He offered me water and a snake and provided a really nice conversation to the shop where my car will he repaired. My car broke down in Millbrae late Sunday afternoon and had to be towed to Fremont. Frightening! I called Oz Towing - they were very helpful and professional. They allowed me to leave my car - they picked it up in about an hour. They called me when they had it - even sent me a photo of my car on their truck. Then they called me again when it had been delivered to Fremont. Also asked for my okay before charging my credit card. Hated having the experience of the breakdown, but Oz made it all so easy for me! Highly recommend them!

If youre like me, you probably assume that all tow truck services are about the same. Not so. David at Oz Towing & Transportation was the *only* tow provider smart enough to get our 2018 Audi SQ5 out of our garage--and we had three other vendors come to our house or cancel before they got there. The car would not start, it could not be jumped, and it was stuck in park with the electric brake on. This is a problem when youre in a tight space that a flatbed tow-truck cant access. BUT... all cars have a manual release for the e-brake and the Park setting, and David knew it was just a matter of finding it so that he could move the car into a better spot. He even pays for an app to help locate the manual release on all cars. David made this job look easy and hell be at the top of my list the next time (knock on wood) I need a tow.

OZ sent a driver (Doug) who damaged my toyota, the only car I have ever had and could afford now its in my parking lot. I called OZ (David) picked up and said DO NOT PUT YOUR DAMAGE ON US - These are some very ingenuine people, do business with them at your own risk.

Oz Towing arrived quick and within 10 minutes my car was on the flat bed truck.I would recommend this company and I will defiantly use them again.

I was told they would pick me up in 45 minutes but it took 3 hours. Then they charged me double what I have been charged by others for the same distance.
