Pretty unhelpful location. Manager seems like a micro managing a**hole. Yet staff here do not receive the necessary training for the services auto zone specifically advertises that they can provide (not entirely their fault) and are also not able to answer pretty basic questions. so donβt come here if you actually need help. We basically had to teach the associate who was supposed to be helping usβ¦
I give them 10 stars! My 1st visit was tonight, there were only 2 guys workg & they were BUSY & handled it like pros! Took time to test my battery & answer questions. Knowledgeable, friendly staff..well stocked.. easy to find...plenty of parking. Id drive out of my way to return. Thanks guys!

Take a look at a unprofessional rude sales rep. Just look at her, she looks miserable and angry for no reason. Does not know what sheβs doing. I am a business owner of a fleet. I brought my cargo van here to get a filter and first thing she asked for a license plate. Really? How is a license plate going to help figure out what kind of filter my van needs? She was also unprofessional and lacks basic customer service.I will never buy anything at autozone and would not recommend anyone to this branch. She looks like she havenβt eaten in days. She wasted my time and I have a business to manage and time critical frights to deliver. From a business owner to another business owner, Give this women a proper training.
Came for curb side pickup. Employee outside had no idea about the process. I called the curb side pickup number posted outside, waited for 10 minutes on hold and finally left. Perfect example of how not to do curb side pickup.

I got my old battery changed at AutoZone today. Really enjoy the experience. One of the sales associate, Miguel H was so nice and gave me a big help. If without his help, I could spent another 30 mins in hot sun sweating and frustrating.
I called this Autozone shop today multiple times to talk to someone but everytime I got a voice or a message (Hi this is Julie, Im with another customer would you please hold?) Then waiti and wait...and no one answer.everytime I wait for more than 4 min then I hang up. It was obvious a prerecorded message with a hold message to make it seems like a real person answered the phone.This is rediculous and unprofessional to keep customers waiting on the phone and you know that no one will get back to them.You could just have asked to leave a vouce message or call back again, or just simply ask to visit the shop instead of having us wasting our time on the phone.Whoever did this trick or made a decision to record the (hold message) is an evil person.
These people are great and they know their stuff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I cant say anything about their other stores nut this one is top notch....
I ordered a pick up in store item, next day I received a call from my local store letting me know my online order will be canceled. Not good service not even suggested a substitute

Tammy and Sebastian are our HEROES! We are so so grateful that they helped us. We came in to get a battery replaced for our old car. The staff pointed us to the right one. Then, my husband and I tried to install it we ran into an issue at the end. Tammy, the store manager, was about to leave for the day. She saw I was in distress and immediately came to help us out. I know things are tricky because of the pandemic but she still went out of her way to help us. She went back and forth to get different tools, nuts, bolts, etc. Sebastian jumped in to help too. They worked their magic and told me to turn on the car. Man it was the best feeling ever when the car finally started especially after all the jump starting I had to do earlier that day. We finally have peace of mind knowing our car will turn on with our new battery. Thank you so much to Tammy and Sebastian for their exemplary customer service and expert skills. It was our first time in AutoZone...you can count on us to be loyal customers!

When calling in for a part the guy was helpful and had it ready when I arrived. I saw a good variety of tire inflators from compact to big, though I havent tried any myself. Basically most auto parts could be found here.
I placed an order for battery online and forgot to pickup. After a month I remembered it and called to cancel, they wont refund nor would they give me the item. They said they just keep order info for a month.
Ordered a part, never called back. Sticking with Napa from now on.
I went here at the recommendation of a friend to replace a part of the car that was broken. I called ahead, to make sure they could help me, but it conversation over the phone was difficult. When I arrived they had the part available, but they didnt have people to replace it and asked me to come back later. I did come back later, when, after a long waiting period, I was told again that it wasnt possible to replace the part, but that the store next door could fix the problem. I went there, but they didnt have the part available and recommended me to go back to Autozone to buy the part, so they could install it. I went back, but was in another long waiting period.I understand the need to have friendly chats with customers, especially in these times were people are isolated, but ideally these are about things pertinent to the sale, or dont last 15 minutes while people are waiting.I eventually decided to go elsewhere.

I came to the store ask help for change the lamp and the guy was try to check with his co workers it that was possible. They just said no and start to laugh as soon as i received the answer. So i was just coming out the store and than i just said to them: i will make a review on it. And they start to say some bad things like: i dont care. For sure it s far away from be a good and helpfull experience.
The Best AutoZone branch in terms of services. Joseph, Spencer and Denyse helped me look for the items I needed and ordered them to be picked up the next day. Joseph told Spencer to follow up the order by calling me the next day when the items were ready at store and he did. Denyse helped me with a transaction and even donated a quarter when I came up 20 cents short.Not only were they very helpful, but they were very professional and polite, comparing to other branches that I have been to. Ill come to this branch from now on.

Prices were outrageous. I was told by clerk they match internet prices and manager told me no. She said they charge separate prices for all products and would not match internet prices of local auto parts store.

There was a employee acting like a thug, this happened a couple weeks ago. but I just remebered the situation. I wanted help to find the correct part for my car, and he simply walked away. I first thought he had mental problems. but when I saw how he is treating customers, I knew he has an attitude. other than that the employee that wears an american flag cap and the girl working their need a raise, really good customer service!!but that thug man he is ruining your business and setting customers away.

They stl paranoid about masks. But they were friendly. CDC doesnt say you always wear a mask. Additionally the cashier has a huge plastic between them and the customer. You are denying access to people.

This Autozone is Great ! The guy checked my starter and alternator for free he told me my battery was bad im so relieved knowing what was wrong with my car ! plus he seemed super smart ! I got say the Customer service was great im impressed !
AutoZone is awesome. I needed a battery for my Audi A4. Instead of paying $350+ for a mechanic to do it, by going to AutoZone, my out the door price was less than $200. John, the manager on duty, lent me the tools so that I could remove the battery myself, ensured that I had a gold star battery with plenty of amps and cranking hours, a three year warranty, and even some grease for the terminals. I give John 5* for customer service!
Rating on the manager not so much the store. She sees a bit much doesnt seem to know much either about anything car related. But there is one worker by the name of John superb service above and beyond to this young fellow.

I am a professional mechanic, I use snap on mattco etc. I will also use some duralast tools, one ratchet in particular has served me well. Auto zone has also honored the lifetime warranty for me on two occasions. No questions asked, for me that is huge.

Went to try to get HID bulb H7 5000K.i had my burned with me for reference.i asked if they have HID.got answer yes.rep went to back store to look for it.then went to front store section. calls me and shows me H7 Hallogen bulb. itold him i need HIDs. these come with connector cables. ohh we dont have HID,said the rep.im not sure if he understood my question or was not aware whats is store.he could just ask one of his co workers.that way it could save us all some time.
The manager was on the phone almost the entire time I was there and only 1 out of 4 employees were helping customers. My 5 minute visit took me over 30. Nice people, but not very organized.
Friendly, Helpful Staff, Poor ParkingIve been to this location multiple times and the staff are always friendly and helpful.Its great that this location is so popular, but the parking lot is always packed, often there is no space open. Ironically, the lot nextdoor is often vacant.

My headlight was out so i needed a replacement asap cause it raining and night time. Found an O Reily so i went in. It was pouring rain and I was carrying a sleeping toddler. The guy Ernesto was so freaking rude and not customer friendly. His responses to my questions were short and one toned. I asked about the different light types and whats best for my car. He just said this one is for your car. I asked about LED or HID he said they are expensive like 150 but his tone was as if I couldnt afford them. He gave me an opened package with tape.I needed the lights so i just bought them. Drove down the street and found an Auto Zone. We went in and asked them for lights because i wasnt sure of the opened bulb package from OReilys was ruined. Christine was so helpful. She walked and grabbed a package to show me. She explained the different lights for my car and which brand is recommended and last longer. She also helped me with replacing them and making sure they actually worked before me and my toddler drove off safe with 2 working headlights.Thank you Christine!!!!

Now how many people spend weeks and alot of time maintaining your cars? Alot Autozone is a no brainer for car needs.
Go to place for generic automotive stuff. Friendly staff and can get good advice at times. Tough to find brand name options. Not many synthetic fluid options. Walmart pricing on synthetic motor oil is relatively cheaper than what you pay here.
They have a good rental tool policy that can help you out in a pinch

I needed some headlight bulbs; OReilly would have been slightly cheaper - but they didnt have what I needed. AutoZone had a big selection. Ive generally had good luck here getting what I need.
