This company is unprofessional, disrespectful and in general has a total disregard for you. The person that had helped me seemed rushed, and careless with my files, and in return made errors in filing my tax return which prompted me to return to the company building only for them to shun me away, stating that they would not help me. They refused to answer my calls and refused any help. This companies negligence and carelessness for your well being surprises me, going here was an awful idea.

We are using their accounting and tax service since year 2008, They provide professional bookkeeping, payroll and business tax preparer service. They patiently explained the tax issue when I started my restaurant business. and Payroll tax deposit is submitted on time no matter now many new employees join the team, I can focus on my business and I do not need to worry about tax and accounting issue. I highly recommend it.

Do Never go there. They are a rude and arrogant family owned small business where they have absolutely no control toward their customers.1, They charge differently, for people they like, they charge less. For people they dont like they charge a lot!2, They do not go over the details with you and they would not correct their mistake.3, They yell at their customers. They are the kind of business that should shut down tomorrow.Too many things I want to go over here but in short. NEVER GO THERE. Their new address is in Santa Clara and Newark. Nationwide Tax and Accounting Service is not a qualified tax service business.a lady in this business has few tax service knowledge and skills and I doubt she has a CPA certification, but she is doing tax service for many people, must be lots of people are cheated by her.

Dont go here to file tax returns! Do not answer the call, send an email does not return! Personal tax is $170 very expensive! ! ! Basically, it is no matter how you collect the money! I asked them to hand it out on March 30th. Now, on May 2nd, I have not received my tax refund. I asked them to reply to the email several times. The lady who called in the wiring basically didn’t understand anything. Every time I say that I can help you ask, I will reply to you and then I have no choices... I regret why I chose to ask them to help me file tax returns.
