I was on a month-to-month in a large new building. Not a good experience. I finally requested to terminate my monthly agreement. I had a very difficult time with service. Multiple dropped calls. Generic email responses. In the end, requesting my retainer was nearly impossible.When I was able to connect to a live person, they told me a booking error from Regus was made and therefore blocked out any requests for a retainer refund.Ok, well lets get that refund going now. Nope, the office space has been leased to another person so they could not return my retainer. I still dont understand how that impact my account/retainer.I had to make request by bank ACH. I said no problem. Then I received a spreadsheet (not an actual form). The spreadsheet wouldnt take all the numbers of my account numbers. Even the service person couldnt figure it out. Now, after 3 months I am waiting to see if I will actually receive my retainer. Funny how I paid everything with my business credit card, but was not allowed to received retainer on card.Extremely frustrated and disappointed. They have very poor procedures when it comes to your money, deposit, and billing.The building is beautiful and lots of amenities; its a shame.Also, funny how in the past I read negative reviews on this location that are no longer available.
