Not happy about staff at this facility.... our family member was brought here Sunday morning.... ever since then we have asked to have outside visiting hours as we are from out of town. Its has been 3 days and still dont have an order for outside visit.... the nurse....is rude and so as the manager.. I work in a hospital and we accommodate families that are from out of town....to spend time with their love ones.... as a mental health nurse... we are taught to be compassionate and give empathy... that I didnt see....

My Father was a patient there for 2 weeks, and I must say, the entire Staff, from the Doctors, to Nurses, to CNAs all the way to the security and front desk, they all were extremely wonderful to my Father and us, his family. They truly care about their patients and are very welcoming and understanding with friends and family. Their Medical Staff is top quality and they were able to help my Father get back to his life, and for that I am eternally grateful. I would 100% give this facility the stamp of approval any day.

Worst medical experience ever, RACIST Money-grabbing facility that does nothing to listen to the patient, handing out misdiagnoses like its candy on christmas eve. This place is a nightmare and the staff specifically look down on black people here. Do not waste your money do not endanger your loved ones by sending them here.

Kaiser knows it’s cheaper for them to pay fines to the regulators than provide proper mental healthcare. Save yourself the aggravation and costs of being giving the run around by this facility. You are going to end up paying of of pocket to a private provider in the end.

Clinicians are ok at this site, not as good as San Francisco. But the same issues with Kaiser remains: they do not provide the standard of care. I would say it is even unethical what they do. Clinicians cannot see you weekly, which is recommended when someone is having a crisis or increased distress. They push you out to groups and will make referalls to nonprofit psychotherapy agencies when they think you could benefit from weekly therapy. Ridiculous because thats why you are seeing them in the first place. Kaiser is cheap and they dont want to use their resources unless its a life/death situation. Kaiser has been sued and should be sued more by clients who are not getting adequatecade, not only with mental health, but also in internal medicine and all other departments. Administration is also a mess, too!

They need some sensitivity training

Need to be discharged however I am being held deliberately here at the center and given wrong medication with the nurse lying about the medication and asking for the paperwork with the info after looking at the chemical name of the drug but not brand of the drug

Never ready with prescription!!! Always need to wait for hours and call the doctors! Really a nightmare. A reason to leave Kaiser!!!!
