I have visited this place 2 times. The women who work here are nice. I get eyebrow threading done for $10. Its a different person both times. Not perfection but decent.I will be back in 2 weeks and look forward to updating to a 5 star rating.

I also come here for facial, waxing, henna and they continue to do an amazing job. Today I tried hair oil massage and I enjoyed the service. It was very relaxing, refreshing, and helped me recover from my travel fatigue. I bring my family here for their haircuts. Rita and her staffs are caring, loving and provide excellent service. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. The lady caused a wound on my eyelid during the eyebrow threading. It was also pretty painful compared to other threading experiences Ive had, and my teeth were even feeling the pain! Not only that, but they expect you to tip afterwards as well. I thought my brows were thinner than I wanted as well. Not sure if Ill be back again even though it was cheap.

I used to go to this salon regularly for my haircut. Last time I went and found out that the business under new management has added many new services at great prices. I got eyebrow threading done for only $7 and facial for only $35. Can you imagine!!!! and the service was great.I used to drive all the way to Sunnyvale to get my eyebrows threaded but am glad to find a place near my home and that too so much more reasonable.

Moved to Bay Area around 2 years ago and have been going to this place for eye brows ever since. Their management keep changing and so the quality of the service. But recently I am getting a satisfactory results for my eye brows, thanks to Shanti. They are short staffed so wait is long. Reasonably priced though.

Very pleasant experience. I just walked in to see if I wanted to do a wax there. And they took me as a walk in. Did my legs and arm pits for $35 and I was done in 15-20 min. Very nice experience. Ask for Shanti, she does a great job.

The worst experience with women face waxing. They peeled off the skin on face and lied to having a pimple on the face.Worst Parlor and place. Don’t ever go there. Our skin can ever be the same after having these marks left.

Would never visit this place again. Went for threading and the worst salon that I have ever been. The lady is so rude, highly unprofessional and impatient. She quickly hovers over with her thread, it keeps on breaking every 2 seconds, then she pulls your neck so badly that I sprained myself. Once done, I checked my eyebrows and there were so many hair strands left outgrown that I had to tell her to thread over them and she got irritated and asked me to make payment because she has to address others as well. Who others in your empty salon? Highly undignified and would never recommend this to anyone.

Went in here for a hair cut, had a really bad experience. On the phone I was told that they have time for two but when we showed up i had to wait before my friend got a cut. They charged separately for washing the hair but never told us that it is not included in the base price. By the time she started cutting my hair she was already in a hurry to leave. Barely cut any hair at all, didnt even cut evenly. Never going back here again.

Not too satisfied with my haircut. I had to keep explaining to them how I want my hair style although I showed them pictures online too. She didnt dry my hair properly and still was wet when I left. She left in middle of my haircut for doing some other customers job. I was expecting more. Probably my first and last time.

This parlor is the worst I have ever seen. Its a waste of money and time. I have done facial and waxing, it was really bad, not hygiene at all. The wax bottle which they roll on ur armpit is so dirty and they use the same for everyone. The facial was done for just the name sake and didnt give me any effect. The ladies force you so much to get things done and make money. Which I dont appreciate at all. Hope this helps those who are planning to visit.

Confirm their pricing on call before you go, might be different from their website. They dont do a very good job either. I went for threading and even after pointing twice, she left a lot of small hair.

My wife visited this salon for hair color. They charged $149 for black color.They said 49 for color but $100 for service.
