I contracted with All About Gutters for gutter removal & replacement onm my residence. Carolyn, the owner, gave me a gutter education at the Martin Ave office. Everything fell into place: the price, the materials, the color, the reputation, & the sense that I was dealing with a quality company. I was correct. After modifying her schedule to accommodate my need for a quick turnaround, the removal and installation was done with care & skill. I am delighted with All About Gutters performance, & recommend them without qualification.

Well run woman owned local business.

Currently dealing with an insurance claim from a tile roof leaking installed in 2009. We had gutters installed March 2014 by this company. As of today, even with her husband a roofer coming out and stating the gutter should not have been placed where it was, Carolyn has yet to provide us her insurance information or turned it over to her insurance.2 weeks ago I called and Carolyn just hung up on me, I am truly not sure if this is the gutter company I would have chosen. Several professionals have come out and alerted us to the gutter installation. The 2nd story gutter spout dumps onto my roof tile, past the metal flashing and 2 feet away from the 1 story gutter. Multiple companies have said workmanship of the gutters have caused the leak and the wet rot. So much water coming down the spout, water travels. Easy to relate to with all the recent storms.The day prior speaking with Carolyn was nice just want to get it fixed and stated we have insurance for these things. Today I got hung up on and treated as if the roof is the problem. She even claimed there were broken tiles in the picture, which is a total lie. Carolyn there was an out of place tile, BTW, but the gutter pouring all the water in the area made the leak much worse than it ever should have been. The insurance inspector and the roofer have all verified no broken tiles. They also both said the gutter downspout is run strange and should be tied into the 1st floor gutters, not dumping on the tile roof.Carolyns solution to the downspout was to close it off so water does not travel through it. I dont think that is a good solution, as I think the correct solution would be to install it correctly. But I will also get a second opinion, as there is a level of trust that is missing at this time.I will update my review as this progresses, as I feel it is important for consumers to see that resolution has happened and the company supports its installation.
