Daniel from Elephant floors did my entire flooring on both floors and bathrooms. I got my old carpet replaced with Cheery Wood flooring. And we simply love it.Daniel has been very professional from day one, providing not just the best pricing but also quality of work. He has always been very upfront with what to expect, both in terms of timelines and process. Even before his team walked in to do the work, I exactly knew each step.Very recently, we had a leak from the dishwasher, which we did not spot for weeks until one day the mat felt soggy and we realized that a good ~4x4 sq foot of the area was damaged. I called Daniel and he came right away to see the damage. He gave me the estimate and the timelines. Luckily I had enough material left from the original job so it was mainly going to be the labor (demo and refitting the flooring, and doing a hardwood job in the middle of a big area is always tricky). Daniel’s man came within a week and did the demolition and we had to leave the area open for a couple of weeks to dry. The person did a thorough job and covered it with cardboard so that kids don’t get injured from the exposed sides of the flooring. And within a couple of weeks the new flooring was completed.I then called Daniel and asked him to get me the invoice and to my surprise,, he simply refused to even charge for the small area, despite my requesting him to take for what he had delivered - an awesome finished job that just looked like nothing was ever damaged.Once again the superb service, quality of work and professionalism delivered by Daniel and his team from Elephant floors made me realize that I have been very lucky to have found them.I would highly recommend Daniel and Elephant Floors to anyone for any sized hardwood floor jobs for your new home or just renovations.

Before Elephant Floors came to my house and replaced my laminate, I felt dizzy every time I looked at my floor when I came home from work or vacation. It was simply ugly and dirt would get through the cracks. There was even discoloration, which is embarrassing. I told myself for years I would get this job done, and I didn’t want to spend the money to hire the pros. I’m inherently distrustful of businesses. A colleague of mine recommended Elephant Floors, and I gave them a try. His recommendation went far, plus his home is beautiful, so I guess I was a bit jealous. Not anymore, I think my floor outdoes his.Now when I come home I take my shoes off and slide into the kitchen from the hallway. It’s pretty freaking amazing. I want to impress the fact that everything done was done at an affordable price, so it’s a great deal either way you look at it. I definitely believe Elephant Floors deserves higher than a five star rating. Maybe a 10 star.

I am very happy with the work elephant floors did for me. I had maple hardwood floors installed in two rooms, and then refinished the floors in the entire house. Daniil is excellent to work with and he delivers great customer service. Francisco and his crew did a great job with actual work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the job. I hired Elephant floors to refinish my parents house. Daniel came over to do the estimate. Very consultative approach and reasonable price. The house was fully furnished, so the guys moved all the furniture out of the house, and put it right back when the job was done. It took them a week to complete the project, pleasant surprise, they promised me 8 days. This Elephant Floors Company is amazing. It was end of September, every flooring company was busy at the moment. We were in a time crunch for our hardwood floor install prior to moving in. I want to start by saying that Daniil and his guys areAMAZING!! I needed to find someone to install some flooring that I purchased from Costco but I had no idea who I could find to do it during this pandemic. I heard of Angies List years ago from a friend because she did not know who could help her with all her home projects and said it was very helpful. It provided me a list of floor installing companies, I called the first one and the man was not friendly and seemed very unorganized(already was a bad sign).I called the next one on my list Elephant Floors, and I am so happy I did. Daniil answered and was very professional,informative,and knew his schedule and provided me some days and times to come out for a estimate. I told him I would not be home for the estimate because I would still be at work, and that my mom would be there to show him what rooms I needed done. Daniil came on time and was very considerate with practicing safe social distancing by offering to wear a mask. I work in Health Care and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. I happened to get home early, Daniil was talking with my mom and noticed some other things I needed done from a previous unfinished job and said he could also take care of the wall trim if we wanted it done. I was like yes,please!! Daniil did tell me he would only be able to do the trim and not paint because of course they are a flooring company. I was totally fine with that. I was happy just knowing that is one less thing I have to worry about. At the end of the visit Daniil told me he would send the quote by the end of night or early morning and the job would only take a day and a half. I received the quote that night and the price was right. I told him what day would work and he said he would send his guys at 8:45am. The day of his team showed up and got to work,I was so impressed because they finished everything within about 5 hours!!!! I couldnt believe they were done. Everything came out so nice, Daniil followed up with a call to see how it all went and if I wanted him to come by for a walk through. I told him one of his guys did a walk through with me and everything was perfect. I told him how amazed I was with how fast they finished. Daniil told me he wanted to make sure everyone was there to finish so that I would be able to move all my furniture back and not be inconvenienced for another day, which I really appreciated.I will forever be a customer of Elephant Floors!! Just recently my cousin asked for his information because someone she knows needs their floors done and she remembered me going on and on about my recent experience. Me and my wife have contacted Daniel/Elephant Floors in regards of refinishing hardwood and installing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. He came in to do the measurement and talked to us about the project.Daniel happened to be young, very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He took all the measurements, explained to us the logistics of the project, also came up with the labor cost estimate on the spot. After talking to 2 other companies, we have decided to work with Daniel and Elephant Floors. We had to move out of the house and rent a PODS box to put all the furniture in. Daniel handled everything!!! We have spent 7 days in Tahoe, while the team was doing the job. Daniil did a great job with our floors. He gave us good advise and laid out all our options. He is responsive and did the job in time as well as worked around our timeline.

Me and my wife were looking for a reliable flooring company to install the hardwood floors. We also needed to replace a few spots of subfloor after a last years water damage. Subfloor repairs was about 300 ft.² total. We also were helped to choose the right floors, we have a 70 pound dog that can easily scratch the new floors, so the ones we chose are scratch resistant. The entire project took a little bit less than four days. We were explained in the beginning how the process will take place, so as the repairs started we were more than ready for this project. Overall it was great experience, in a few years we are planning to sell our house, so if our next home will need any floor repairs to be done we will call Elephant Floors for sure. Great service, professional approach, highly recommend!!!
