My recruiter was on top of things, communicative, helpful, and placed me in a 6-month contract with one of the top Bay Area firms within a matter of 2 weeks, and I started working for the client on the 3rd week. The company itself is excellent in providing contractors with good pay rate, benefits, and services. It is also conveniently located close to me in Sunnyvale.
Ive been a contract employee through a few companies and ATR has been the worst so far. The benefits are terrible-the health insurance is difficult to use and appears to not be accepted by many providers. 401k after 1 year and no match until after 2 years, the point at which you can no longer be considered a temp employee and cant continue your contract anymore. Most companies Ive had contracts with would email or call every few months to check in or send reminders about entering hours. You will not get that here
My recruiter was very easily contacted and responsive to emails. Placed in a six month contract, very easy to work with during entire process
Not responsive to emails and phone calls. Rewrote my resume suggesting that I did not complete my undergrad degree. Didnt secure an engineering role after months of searching.
