Very quick screen replacement for a cracked phone screen. Much better than other places where you have to make an appointment and come back much later. Over here my iPhone was fixed in around half an hour!

Its not all in the business name. Zac did do a quick fix, but he also did a reasonably-priced fix, had immediate service availability, returned my call within a couple of minutes, was kind and professional, gave good advice, and offered a warranty for his work. Had my iphone screen repaired in under 30 minutes! (I super-heated it in a water-proof box for canoeing and it had huge black spots and streaking). I first brought my iPhone in for repair of a cracked screen. Zac fixed it quickly at the end of the day. My iPhone screen was broken and I had already fixed it at two other places but the screen still wouldn’t work so I thought I would give this place a try. Zac was the one who fixed my phone. He was very quick and he told me to come back if the screen didn’t work. When I returned a month later because there was an issue with the screen again he replaced it at no extra cost but then it seemed like the LCD screen wasn’t working for my phone so he suggested we upgrade it to an iPhone grade screen. I had to pay a little extra for it but my phone finally worked and it has been for almost four months now. I dropped my phone a couple times but the screen is still intact and working perfectly. I highly recommend this place!

Apple support failed me at their store and again at Apple Support.com. Best Buy also failed me - I can’t drop off my phone for an undetermined time. Jac at the Phone Hut had my battery changed after I had completed a short walk at my Alma mater Santa Clara University.This is now my iPhone store. So long Apple Genius!

These guys are truly the best! I read the reviews and decided to go there. I confirmed that all the positive reviews are true. Customer service is great, they are kind, honest, and good at what they do. I took my daughter’s iPad mini that had the screen shattered on one side. The owner (I think) was super nice and told us that it could be fixed in a short time. It wasn’t expensive at all and today when I pick it up I asked to replace my iPhone screen protector and he changed it super fast and also gave me a discount on top of that. I think that is not only important to be good at something but also to be kind and thoughtful about others and that is how you feel when you go to the Phone Hut! Great service in every aspect!

Excellent Service and Pricing!!Apple had replaced my battery few month back due to slow down. My phone failed to charge last week, I went to Apple and they told me the phone logic is dead and I have to purchase another phone. But I did not want to loose my pictures and contacts, I knew the phone was not charging and before that it was fine, so must be charging logic or battery!. Apple Support was Useless to say the least! They kept pushing $299.00 to give me another Iphone 6 and take away my phone.I went to Phone Hut, they fixed my phone by checking the charging logic and then replacing the battery in matter of less than 20 minutes! Fantastic Service! Thank you! I thought I had lost all my daughters pictures! The price was so reasonable as well! Great place, if you have any issues with your phone.

These guys are great! My phone died and I needed action fast. I phoned around and no one even answer their phone, but they did. I brought it in and they gave me a loaner while they examined my phone. They told me the motherboard had fried, so they let me use the loaner for 12 days while I got a new phone and they charged me NOTHING! I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Great Experience at a much more reasonable price ($59 vs. $79 quote I got from others nearby) than the competition nearby. I called in at 12:50 PM on Memorial day and they were closing at 1 but the owner stayed behind until 1:15 to fix my Iphone 6 screen. Highly recommended.

After two years my S7s battery was draining after only a few hours. Feras changed my battery in about an hour and also noticed my memory was nearly full. He showed me how to install the extra memory card that originally came with my phone (but that I never used) and explained how it would help my phone speed. Today after a full charge, software update, and inserting the memory card my phone is working like new! My experience was great. I am very happy with the service.

I had a problem with my Samsung S7 phone in the case that I had dropped it and it bounced off the cement and in ding so I could not make any bound calls or receive them. Everything else worked (Text-Email-Internet) Explained my problem to the technician Diane and about 15 minutes later she diagnosed the problem and fix it and I was on may way!Superior customer service! This place is amazing, I needed my iPhone X repaired, and I had to catch a flight they gave me a loner to use while they fix it! Amazing service!

Best customer service ever! I got several estimates on how much it would cost to repair my phone and phone hut had by far the lowest price. However, when I got to the store I found our I was getting the wrong estimates. I was getting estimates for the iPhone X instead of the iPhone XS Max. When I realized how expensive the repair actually would be I could not afford it so he helped me find whether or not I had insurance even though that would mean he would lose my business.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S8 for repair here and the repair was perfect! The screen came with the frame so it looked brand new. Also, for $15 they delivered it to my work! $219 when everyone else was charging $249 without the frame.

These guys really care about there customers. I brought my iPhone 6S for a battery replacement, they charged me $39.99, I know its $10 more then the Apple store but they had it done in under 30 min, where at the Apple store I had to wait for 2 hours and then they told me they cant touch my phone because I had changed my battery with an aftermarket battery before.

I had an issue with my iPhone 7. My phone would vibrate loud, as if something was loose inside. It was loud enough that my roommate could hear it all the way from her room (on the other side of the apartment).I came all the way from Long Beach and found the Phone Hut. I was welcomed and helped by Feras. He explained to me what was wrong with my phone. After 8 months of dealing with this issue, he diagnosed and fixed my phone in under 5 minutes. Yes, only 5 minutes. When I’m back in town and if I have any issues with my phone, I know I can depend on Feras.

Feras and Diane fixed my iPhone recently, and at first the phone wasn’t correctly working ! However I brought it back and Diane had no problem fixing it again. However, my phone still didn’t seem like it was back to normal. I received an email from Feras and he is going to order a new screen and replace it for the third time with no additional charge. The absolute best customer service, I wouldn’t do business anywhere but here!

Went to repair the screen of my Nexus 5. The screen worked fine for the first three weeks later then I was facing the same problem of screen flicker and pixilated display because of which I went there in the first place. I brought the phone back in for repair and the guy at the store told me that it was a minor screen mounting problem which wasnt an issue and all would be good once its remounted again. My phone was left there for three days instead of the One Hour repair that was suggested by the Phone Hut employee. Finally after those three days without a phone the guy calls me up and tells me there is a problem with the phones motherboard and it cannot be fixed at all. Before, I at least got something on the screen and now after the second visit nothing works. I am still waiting for the refund of $90. In short I lost all my data because of my dead screen and so called Damaged Motherboard which was completely fine before the second visit. All my photos and other data cannot be retrieved. All I got was just... We are sorry for the Inconvenience caused. The technicians there dont seem to be skilled too. Poor quality of service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
