We hired Charu to conduct a system assessment for us more than 4 years ago when we were experiencing problems with our network. He helped identify the cause of the connectivity issue and also highlighted some network configuration constraints that were affecting our network performance. Theyve done a great job supporting our firm (4 offices and almost 50 employees) and troubleshooting our helpdesk requests. TeamLogicIT set up a VOIP service bundle for our South Bay office in less than two days after Comcast mismanaged our transfer of services and told us it would take over a week to get the office phones back up and running.
