Ken is tenacious - my CLK430 convertible had a rollbar and rag-top failure that did not present itself through computer diagnostics. Ken wasnt one to give up. He researched, went down blind alleys, and finally figured out it was a degraded O ring in the roll-bar drive solenoid. Im thrilled to have my convertible be a convertible again - in CA, its a sin ;-)I am impressed like Ive never been before!They are passionate about their Benz and Bimmers!Motorspeed West is a class act!

Amazing service! Super clean place! Bill took care of my 2008 BMW 535i. I HAD TWO BAD TURBOS! He gave me an excellent deal and his turn around time was swift. My wife and I had lots of questions and Bill was able to answer them with no sweat. He made us feel comfortable and I definitely would recommend everyone to come here for all your BMW needs!

Ken and Bill are the best in the business. They are honest, do good work, and get the job done. My older BMW came out of their shop a new vehicle, possibly driving better than when I first picked it up in Germany. The identified the issue immediately, just after a brief discussion. They know their cars and know what fails so their advice is solid. It is a fair price for the level of service you get. And if something isnt right, let them know and theyll take care of it in a fair manner. Highest recommendation.
