A tire place told me I needed to replace all my tires and another told me I needed to see a mechanic because something was wrong with shocks but Fierros checked it out for 40 mins, drove it around, and came back saying its fine. Might need to replace this piece in a few months but its good for now. No charge, happy new year! Im so relieved and so grateful to finally find a kind, trustworthy mechanic. Was sent by Autozone to Fierros with an intermittent left rear light outage on my Ford Escape. Jose took a quick look, explained that he knew the car end, and agreed with Autozone that my problem was likely in the trailer hitch wiring. No cost, sent me to Eyers Hitch Center, Santa Clara, who found the problem. I will go back to Fierros, with a high opinion of their honesty.
