Dianne is quite skilled, informative and affable in all the Med spa treatments I have received from her. She puts you at ease by explaining everything each step of the procedure, which makes the treatments easier. Very skilled and I am so pleased with the results!!

I am 10 months post deep plane lower facelift, cheek lift with Ellevate neck lift. Dr. Keller is amazing, his 40 years of experience has certainly paid off. I am a 58 year old Latina female, I was starting to look tired saggy and grumpy. I was terrified that I would look different if I had surgery, and the recovery would be rough. I had surgery on a Tuesday and returned to work the following Monday. I look like my self only difference is I look 10 years younger. My family and friends have no Idea that I had a face lift. I am now happy and confident, love the way I look. The staff was so kind and helpful, I could not have done this with out them. Front desk, nurses and patient care coordinator were all a great team, always kind and willing to answer questions when when I started to panic.Thank you Dr. Gregory Keller, you are a magician and you have an amazing team and Fellow.

I hope Dr. Keller decides to retire from performing surgeries soon. It has taken me three years to get the courage to post my pictures. I wonder how many other patients have had poor results like mine but are too embarrassed to write a review? My mistake was to trust Dr. Keller. On September 8, 2018, he gave me a brow, face, and neck lift. As you can see, I have horrible scarring on both sides of my face. My brows are uneven enough that I had to have microblading to cover up the difference. My results are embarrassing and depressing enough that it affects my daily life. For $23,000, I would have expected a better outcome. I wish I could turn back time and get a refund.

Keller is wonderful he’s the best. I look fabulous. This is my 2nd time around with Dr. Keller, my previous facelift was 17 years ago so this is my second facelift and hopefully my last. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a procedure done with him.

Dr. Keller is an amazingly skilled and competent plastic surgeon. Plastic surgery was new to me, so I was really unsure as to how I should choose the surgeon for my rhinoplasty, especially because there are numerous plastic surgeons in the area. I came across Dr. Keller to get a quote and a general feel for the staff and Dr. Keller. I loved the reviews, his extensive experience (decades and decades!), the impressive results from his procedures, and his genuine personality. I felt at ease the entire time we were talking. Any question or concern I had, he was very real with me. With any surgeon, I was afraid that perhaps he/she would try to be a salesperson and push it on me, but I never felt that way with Dr. Keller. I felt very at ease and comfortable with his recommendations. He was very clear and realistic with what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Even though he has accomplished thousands of rhinoplasties before, he had very careful care for mine. I never felt like he was apathetic or distant.I got my rhinoplasty done about 6 months ago and could not be happier about the results! The results are better and better everyday as the swelling subsides. It is such a beautiful nose and exactly as I envisioned. After the rhinoplasty, I also got IPLs to help reduce redness and promote facial collagen production.Dr. Keller is the real deal and am so happy that he was my plastic surgeon! You will be pleased with his work and genuine personality. Definitely recommend!

I dont leave bad reviews because whenever I have a problem, I fix it and give the business the opportunity to do so, as well. Unfortunately what happened with me is something Dr. Keller probably knows nothing about, as Olga (I believe she is the office manager) put up a wall between my concerns and actually getting my problem solved with kindness and dignity. I had filler done for the first time and something happened to my lip where it now looks like a scar above my vermilion line. I believe a simple injection of the filler reversal would do the trick. After a couple times of making an appointment to come in to have Dr. Keller look at it, and having the times cancelled and rescheduled (the day before or on the actual day of the appt). I was finally in the chair waiting to see him. Olga walks in and tell me Dr. Keller was not in that day. I was surprised no one bothered to call me and let me know before I set aside aside time, drove all the way there and got into a room during Covid, to tell me this. The first thing she says to me is, you can roll your eyes all you want... and then proceeds to give reason as to why he wasnt in. Needless to say, I found this tasteless and unethical scheduling and business practices, but kept it to myself and agreed to come back. Olga told me to text her the next week and assured me that not only did she see what was concerning on my face, but that she would make things right and again made sure I texted her the following Monday (which I did, with no answer).I called the office and left a message to let her know I was waiting for a reply. She got back to me the next day with a message that contained a back-handed apology to her not getting back to me yet again, explaining I was going to be the only patient coming in and was asking if I could come at a later time...only to finish the statement with something to the fact that Dr. Keller had a few injections to do and the reversal injection (that was reported to have been ordered for me before) had to be ordered again. The message is comedy, really and this story is insane, I know.I called her back within 5 minutes and left her a message, letting her know Id be there at the time shes changed it to (with no fuss whatsoever).I arrive the next day to have the woman at the front desk scramble to get Olga out to talk to me... (here we go again). She comes out and says to me you never called me back! I replied I certainly had. She then replied that I will have to wait (as I see a woman go back for her treatment).So, I am sitting here thinking to myself that I cannot be treated like this any further.I left.I have no idea if Dr. Keller even knows any of what has conspired since he injected me, but I am disgusted by the tasteless, rude, unprofessional and unethical practice of the front desk. I was treated like I was Olgas 5 year old child, rather than a patient client who gave into numerous time changes, rude exchanges and unnecessary visits when the doctor never even saw me again.I was even willing and expecting to pay for this reversal, but Olga assured me that this was something Dr. Keller would want to make right. Unfortunately he doesnt have the chance to do so as its nearly impossible to get past this woman who seems to stone-wall anyone she deems unfit for the basic and decent treatment all patients deserve.

Dr Keller is a first class gentleman and a very skilled plastic surgeon, a rare combination. As a result of my lower face and neck lift, I look naturally!! thirty years younger. My kids and husband, my toughest critics, are thrilled with his work because I dont look pulled or strange as many women do after facial surgery. His staff is wonderful, too. The universe of plastic surgery is lucky to include this extraordinary surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Keller!!

This doctor and staff are excellent. I had a lower face lift when 78 and am now 81. I asked for and got what I asked for, a natural looking younger, fit look. It has held up very well. People maintain their cars, their houses, pets, why not their looks? And it encourages one to eat better, excessive, and if done well, others will think you look much younger, and treat you as such

Dr. Gregory keller is exceptionally great. He did beautiful work with my eyes, not only did he lift my eyelids he also lifted my spirit. I feel so much better without my saggy eyelid. It looks perfect. Thank you Dr. Keller and staff for taking good care of me.

Dr.Keller came to my rescue after I had a simple rhinoplasty done by another doctor out of town to open my airways. Unfortunately my nose broke outwards, I was devastated and in lots of pain. I immediately went to Dr.Kellers office because I knew hes one The Best and most trustworthy doctor in town. He made all corrections to my nose and actually made my nose look more beautiful. I have had a number of IPL experiences for treatment of rosacea and dry eye in various locations. However, the treatment I had with Mrs. Keller was one of the best I have ever experienced. She made sure there was not a spot looked over and all areas were thoroughly treated. I was not over or under treated which is really important to me. Most recently Dr. Keller has been working with me on a multi-faceted facial scar reconstruction to correct skin cancer biopsies on my upper lip and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Im writing this on behalf of my poor friend . She had a face lift from Dr. Keller less than a year ago. He pushed cheek implants that she didnt need, her skin looks jowly, you would never guess she had a facelift, except for the horrible folds of skin in from of her ear near the tregas. She has gone back to see if she can get things revised, and they just keep charging her for extra treatments that dont help. I have several friends that have gone in for other consultations for one thing and he tries to sell them in multiple procedures they dont need and were not even considering, One friend went in for a nose consultation and he suggested she get a chin implant, which would have looked ridiculous on her. Anyway, I do know someone that had a good facelift from him, but years ago... Maybe he lost sight of enhancing peoples natural beauty, and has become more of a salesman. Do your homework!

Dr. Keller is such an AMAZING surgeon, the job he did for me was far better than I could have ever imagined and I get compliments all the time! Worst plastic surgeon I have ever come across. The front desk are the 2 most rude women I have ever spoken with over the phone. The Dr. has completely destroyed my mothers face and is requesting for her to pay additonal money to cover costs to do a revision. I would highly reccomend staying away from this Dr. unless you would like to come out with deformed results.
