These guys are terrific. I was boiling with an AC not working, they came out within a couple hours, figured out that the AC had no freon and the filter was completely clogged. Both problems were fixed immediately. They didnt try to do a huge service, just told me if the air stops being cool, they would come out and check for leaks. The business office was also wonderful to work with, they got me new filters, the bill and my receipt!

I used Home Furnace Company back in the late 70s for my first house. Fast forward 40 years and when my current furnace failed, I called them. I quickly got a house call and quote for a new system to replace a 26-year-old furnace (which was no longer supported by the manufacturer). Within a few days, they installed a quality Bryant furnace which is far superior to the old one. Other companies had long lead times, but Home keeps a lot of units in stock so they can get you back up and running quickly.A couple days after the installation, I noticed a slight whistling sound when the furnace was running. Brad came out immediately and figured it out and fixed it in 5 minutes. (It was a gas pipe, not the furnace.) Great customer support.

I had all new ducting and a new furnace installed at my house. Amazing how much faster and better the home heats up now. The installers were very courteous, clean and prompt. Brad the owner followed up several times to make sure all was in order. I would certainly use Home Furnace again and will recommend them to friends.

Weve been using Home Furnace Company for the last 3 years after being referred to them by a friend. (The only other company we tried was McCormick and never followed through with them for many reasons.) Home Furnace Company is responsive, responsible, respectful and want you to be happy with the final product. They are a family business and so you see the same people every time theyre at your house. They adjusted our ducts and airflow throughout the house. The airflow in our house is now evenly regulated. Not too strong in the rooms we dont use regularly and just right in the rooms that we do. They also replaced our air conditioning unit. Theyre price for the unit was about $1000 less than Costco. The work was mostly completed in a day. There was an issue with where the new unit had to be placed on our property and they went and fought permitting for me. It didnt yield anything because its permitting, but they tried. I highly recommend Home Furnace Company and will continue to use them in the future!

I got quite a few bids on my furnace install, there was over a $800 difference between companys and a whole slew of sales tactics. I did my homework and knew what I needed. When Home Furnace came out they didnt send a tech or a sales rep, the owner came out. He proved to be very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on things I did not need. He immediately knew what it was going to take to get my job done and what was really necessary. His price was one of the best and he used a high quality product. The install was done exactly when he said it was going to be done and it works perfectly! Often times having the job done professionally means that you have to pay more for things you dont need or you get shoddy workmanship. My a/c stopped working on the morning of July 7th (Saturday!) and the weather was scheduled to be 100+ again. I called Mr. Brad Keefer of Home Furnace and he couldn’t have been nicer over the phone. I called @ 7:00 am & he was at my home by 11:00 am!!! He fixed my a/c unit within 10 minutes. I wanted to burst into tears at how kind & efficient he was. He refused to accept a tip & left me with the biggest smile on my face. This is a local businessman who cares about his neighbors & community. Wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this business. Fantastic service! Came out within 24 hours of the initial call and was right on time. Turned out we only needed a very minor part for the furnace and he had it working with in two minutes. Honest, ethical, and very professional.

I found the crew that installed my unit today to be quite pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend these 2 individuals and day of the week. Great job to the both of them. They showed up on time and didnt stop working until the job was done. A small pricing discrepancy issue popped up however they stepped up and did the right thing. Thank you Home Furnace for the prompt attention to my failing Heating unit. You guys saved me the cost of a new one and came out to my home quickly to fix my furnace. I had called another local company and they told me I would need to replace it with a new one. That’s when I decided to call other companies. When Home Furnace came out they informed me they would be able to just repair my furnace and that they had all the parts necessary. Service was handled very professionally and quickly. The price was fair. Saved me a bunch of money, Thanks guys=)
