I would put 0 stars if there was an option! These guys were recommended to me and even though I talked to somebody who gave me a quote for cleaning my item and told me they were open till 4 p.m. when I got there at 3:30 it was closed and locked and when I called them the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and had no solutions for me. I was frustrated and she acted like she did not care. Although their rate was lower than some of the local competition, the service was nonexistent. So I went to Star Cleaners on Cota Street and they were open they came out to my car and got my item, measured it and gave me a quote and even though it is more expensive the level of professionalism made me feel confident that it was a good choice. Just a buyer beware on these guys because it was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience, a complete waste of my time!
