I really did not want to leave a bad review for access I did have good experience in the past.However a representative talked me into a temporary contract and later lied to me and extended my contract and double charged me fees! I deal with many vendors and have a clear idea and understanding of what we are signing up for. Not only did she lie to me she called me a liar and told me I had no choice in the matter!After I caught her in a couple lies she told me she would stop double charging me it was a mistake and then she charged me again two more double charges and refuses to take my phone calls or let me speak to any manager or supervisor!!! I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionalism I would be very careful considering doing business with this agency if they get your information they will charge your debit card at will...

Axxess is a great way to support children and at the same time enjoy a ton of savings at local restaurants and on other products. The savings from one purchase covers the cost of the Axxess Card. Its a no brainer for anyone that lives in the area. I buy a few each year. They also make great presents!

I bought an Axxess Card, mostly to use at my boyfriends favorite breakfast spot, Jacks Bistro in Carpinteria. But they wont honor the card, said they dont have the machine to run it. After some arguing, they did give us 10% off one of the 3 times weve been there since I got the card, but wont do the buy one, get 50% off. Then overcharged us on another visit. There is an Axxess sticker in their front window and they are listed in the app. I yelped it, hoping a manager would see it and give them a chance to correct it, but nothing. So I wrote to Axxess and theyve also ignored me. False advertising!!

The axxess card is the BEST and the new app makes finding a great deal easy!
