Not a big fan of the blind bid auction. Makes it really difficult. And makes you bid higher than you normally would due to the fact that you dont want to be outbid. So you wind up paying more for a car that you would have paid less for in a regular auction. Thats in my humble opinion. Good luck God bless

Receptionist is rude. Place is run down and the charges are ridiculously high. Also double charged a gate fee for looking for registration in vehicle. Luckily like many towing companies it doesnt matter what the person being fleeced thinks of the services. The actual yard attendant was nice though which is funny cause I would guess the company likely pays poorly despite charging highly.

Police located our stolen Camry Solara in Santa Ana...the OC Sheriff notified us, but we couldnt make to to claim the car before it was impounded in the Metro Pro impound Center. The next day we went to get our car. Sherri had been enormously helpful with information about the car and what we had to do to reclaim the vehicle. The entire process was professional and secure, and I would like to thank Thomas and Roberto for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Car got impounded by these irresponsible people, not only did they brake my license plate bracket but someone took the liberty of throwing a bag of trash including a fresh dirty diaper!

Even though working for a towing company is a hated profession (unless they provide roadside service and not just towing for the police-another hated profession), this place was alright as much as police-contracted towing companies go.My car stopped working and had been parked on the street I live on for a little over a month. I did not have the money or time to tow it to a repair shop and get it fixed. Eventually it got towed. After speaking with the Irvine police department, I recieved A&Ps number. I spoke with a grizzled old lady named Trisha or Tanya or something. Although she had a bit of an attitude, she was helpful enough. I got all the documents I needed (and there were a a few more than expected, given that the car doesnt run and needs to be smogged.) I went to their office, and spoke with a kindly old man, who was sympathetic to my situation. I paid the fees, got my car hitched up on a tow truck, out of there, and safe from any prying towing companies. Now, as I said at the beginning, towing when contracted by law/parking enforcement is a loathed profession. Towing as a roadside/emergency service is a noble position. Given that it seems A&P towing mostly work in the enforcement contract department, I feel I must deduct some stars on general principle. However, given that initial setback, my experience with them was tolerable, pleasant, about as good as could be given the circumstances. I wouldnt recommend them as the only reason I conducted business with them was because the police decided to tow my car. So, dont park your car illegally, and you wont have to deal with this company. But if you must, in spite of stressful circumstances (getting towed), if you maintain decorum and show respect, they will respect you back.

Ran out of gas late one night, and had to call them at 3am. They got to me fairly quick even at that time and saved the day

These jerks drive around looking for people to tow because theres no parking and they know it. they took our vehicle at 12 am and i had 4 children with me and needed to get home from a friends house what a scan less way to make a living then they wanted to charge me additional 48$ to show proof of registration to get it out of my car

They came to rescue, dispatch was fast and so was the truck who came no complaints. Will contact again for anything!

They have some kind of relationship with Santa Ana police organization. Its all about jamming people up and stripping them of everypenny they can get. Money over everything. Sooo. Like everything else if your rich then you can buy your way out. But if your working just to be broke and are good people plan on making a life desicion at this greedy unreasonable heartless tow yard and there people. Pray for them .

AAAs contractor, Metropro came out on time to carefully transport vehicle to the tire shop.

Had my vehicle impounded by the PD, went to pick up my belongings and come to find out that the Driver stole my ID, Drug Prescription, and my prescription drugs. This lot is very shady, if you know they are picking up your vehicle get your things ahead of time. The only reason there even getting 1 star is because I cant give them 0. The Supervisor Mike the supervisor refused to take responsibility for the theft and didnt even bother to return my call once he spoke to the driver (Ralph) who stole my belonging.

Terrible company. Rude, unprofessional, need a lesson in customer service protocol. Say theyre a tow company but after my vehicle on into an accident they said they couldnt tow it 15 miles down the road because it was too far. The police called them to get the vehicle because it was totaled. I can tell they wanted to keep the vehicle and keep charging fees until I gave up trying to get it back, so they can make money off it on their side. Total sham of a business

This place is a scam. Me and my brother were told we would be getting a tow truck to get his car in 20 minutes and it’s been 3 hours. Driver kept saying he’s “on his way” but didn’t show up until the office was closed, he brought thr wrong kind of towing truck (an actual truck with a trailer) AND he didn’t have his towing license.

If there was an option to rate this company at a 0 rating w/ no stars, that would be this companies rating. From an inside source, this place is terrible! Im not talking about the facility itself. Im referring to the staff. The owner Brad & the woman (management) whom he allows to run this place. The Employees are nice, & Im not talking about the office staff or dispatch team. Im referring to the drivers, who bust their butts day in & day out so they dont lose their jobs. The drivers are friendly, hardworking men & honest.The dispatch team (women in the office w/ the exception of a couple dispatchers), are a bunch of gossip mongering women. Theyre judgemental, & have a lack of empathy & sympathy to their customers (in whom they deal with daily) & even to fellow employees. They treat the tow truck drivers absolutely HORRIBLE! From the way they communicate towards them, theyre so disrespectful. This is a family owned business. The owner Brad Humphries in my opinion is out for nothing but the money. After all this is the towing business...yes, peoples vehicles are expected to be taken in violation of laws. But, if youre going to impound peoples vehicles & mess with their livelihood, make sure you have a staff that is ready to do their jobs right! And when I say right, Im referring to communication skills w/ the customers, empathy, sympathy, patience & respect!The management, Toni who runs the whole office is all about favoritism! If they hire you in dispatch & like you, theyll keep you around, even if your skills are not good for the job requirements. If they dont like you (for whatever reason they see fit), theyll let you go. Ive seen it for myself, its unfortunate. When it comes to the tow truck drivers who are out on the field doing their work. Management amongst other dispatch members sit to talk badly & very disrespectfully (while they laugh!) amongst e/o about these hardworking men (Ive seen it myself in person, couldnt believe the lack of professionalism).And, if you have a Triple AAA request & are in need of roadside service, request Triple AAA NOT send you Metro Pro Road Services. They leave you as a Last Priority when theyre swamped & understaffed to their incoming Police calls & CHP requests. Theyve had customers waiting for over an hour before, no lie (Ive seen it for myself).In my opinion, Metro Pro Road Services is an absolute nightmare! Their customer service is TERRIBLE, the office staff is TERRIBLE, they lack compassion, education, morals, values, professionalism & much more.

Our experience was terrible, we had just gotten into an accident. The Costa Mesa police department called them, they made a difficult situation much worse. They gave us little information, were rude, their charges are extremely high. I certainly wont use them again and I hope the costa mesa police department doesnt either

They are terrible. I specifically asked for a regular tow truck with a dolly since my key wouldnt work in the ignition therefore I was unable to unlock the steering wheel or put the car in neutral. They sent a flat bed instead with no dolly so the driver could evaluate the situation, then they told me it would be an additional 45 minutes before a regular tow truck would arrive, are you kidding me?? just follow instructions when somebody calls you.
