Horrible and miserable company.The business is run by father and daughters and they behave like they have 100s of employees.He will make your pain worse and will leave in between the projects if you do not agree to give him all additional charges that he would ask.If I have a choice I will give me NEGATIVE stars

Please be aware that this is the most horrible company you can call especially during emergency, the fellow ows and his wife and daughter run the company. He tries to sell products has less empathy and ethics.

Im gonna be honest, I was a little hesitant to call them after the reviews I read. But I tried them anyway. I have a 300 gallon above-ground septic tank for my RV at work. Not only were they able to come out immediately, they maneuvered the huge truck through a narrow opening and had the entire thing drained in a few minutes. Great company. Punctual and fast.ok. five minutes after I gave them 5 stars and wrote the above, they came in and said they needed $25 more than the original price. Its not the money, just the principle. so now they have 3 stars.

We overflowed with septic tanks and called AAA Septic Plumbing at 2 pm. The companys staff arrived at 4 oclock, cleaned up and fixed the Sump Pump float switch, took over $ 2100 and went back without any warranty service. I really do not want to recommend this company.

Horrible company. Do not use. They only pumped one half of my septic tank and never told me there was a second half of the tank to pump. He only wanted to charge me to redo my leech field at $100 an hour. What a ripoff
