Took my wheels for a powdercoat job, (little bit repairs for 2 rims) My wheels looked like new and powdercoat is on point. I get compliments and questions regarding it all the time. Plus I got a really good and irresistible deal for my tires. Worth my $ spent. Definitely will come back and will go here for my wheels and tires needs 😎

OUTSTANDING!!!!I went to the other chome shop around the area, I was quoted a price by Daniel that was $50 more than them!! I dropped off my rims and a week later I was called to come pick them up. I arrived payed and left. When I placed the rims on my trunk I decided to peek a lil and saw about 3 inches of rim(they wrap them in paper to protect the finished product) and knew they had kicked some ass. I was NOT wrong. Go there, you wont regret it.

I called New Year Metal on 2/24/2020 at 7:30am. Both Google and Yelp show that they open at 7am. I spoke with Rene, whom I explained my situation to. I hit a pothole causing one wheel to bend and my tire to bubble. This is a very urgent situation that I wanted to have addressed as soon as possible so I can get back on the road.So Rene told me that they should be able to take care of it same day, and that they just need to confirm the tire for me. He asked me to reply via text with the tire spec and I sent pictures of the damage as well. The damage is very minimal, can barely make out the bend in a picture, so its not like it was some big project.Rene told me that his brother would be coming in at 8:30/9am to review and get a quote for the tire for me, and that they would reach right back out to finalize. Rene also advised that they dont actually open until 8am, and tires arent available until 9am. Not sure why they are advertising a 7am opening if nothing can be done before 8/9am.So I texted Rene back with the tire specs and pictures of the damage. 9:30am rolls around and I didnt hear back. I reached out via text to ask if were still good to go and if they can provide the quote, no response. 2 hours later I tried to call at 11:30am, and then again at 12:30pm, and no answer. At this point I figure, well, maybe they are suddenly super busy that day.Nobody ever responded to me. Nobody reached back out to me yesterday or today, I was completely ghosted by them. This is really bad customer service, and I was recommended here by my go-to performance car shop. Its upsetting considering that some of the reviews show that they do good work. Customer service is just as important and since it clearly isnt as important to you guys, I will take my business elsewhere.

Quality work every time!

These guys are fast and efficient. Elizabeth and Ray helped me. I had a small hairline crack on my Tesla rim on the inside. I brought it to them and they were able to weld it and fix it within less than an hour while I waited. The service here is impeccable and they do a phenomenal job at probably the best prices around.

My friend told me about this place because I had a cracked rim that needed repaired so I came here and I am so glad I did. Rene helped me and he is so nice and everything was done fast and right. I am so glad I came here.After it was fixed they were putting the tire on and taking the spare tire off (that another shop put on for me because they told me i had the cracked rim earlier in the day but they were charging an insane amount for a small crack and said it would be days to fix so they put the spare on and sent me and my child on my way on the freeway thats when I called my friend and he sent me here)When they tried to put the tire on Rene told me 2 lug nuts were broken off and they werent broken that morning so the other place broke them when putting on the spare and didnt bother to tell me and thank God Rene did and went out of his way to get the parts I needed that day and had some other place bring the parts they needed to him and they fixed it for me, so I could safely drive.im so very thankful that he told me and fixed it. This is a honest shop very efficient and I was there awhile waiting for it to be done and I saw so many customers coming in and out so happy and thanking them for everything. So if your looking for great place look no further this is it. I highly recommend them.

Great group of guys here. Ive been using these guys for a few years now and every experience has been amazing. The work is quality and the prices are more than fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheel repair, metal polishing, chrome, or trim polish straightening or repair.

Totally unprofessional totally ignorant attitude by staff and have no idea what are they doing, DO NOT take any expensive wheels there for repair, drilling or powdercoating, they messed two of my wheels and dont want to take the responsibility to make it right.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I gave them a chrome rim that was oxidized, causing my tire to be flat. They fixed it the next day and I was able to go home without anything to worry about! Great service.

I wouldve given them negative star if there was such option here, this is the worst non-professional company i ever dealt with, I left them wheels for powder coating, they did horrible job and didnt take responsibility to fix, extremely disappointed!!! You rather pay little extra and look for some better professional place than this shitty place....
