The showroom is huge and full of beautiful new and used pianos. Derry was super knowledgeable, professional, great to work with, and didn’t pressure me at all. And I ended up finding a piano I am very excited about.

Great experience at a piano recital! The staff is really accommodating and the showroom is so classy! It makes the students feel like part of a big musical tradition, performing in that environment.

Polite sales people who are NOT pushy. I am a piano teacher and I have my recitals there in their upstairs concert room... get this... on a $70K Steinway Grand Piano!!! AWESOME! I love it, the students love it, the parents love it. When you buy a piano there (I got an upright for great affordable deal and its the best piano I have ever had!), you get 100% purchase price toward a new piano if you trade in your previous Fields purchase. Also, one free tuning is included with your purchase. Great place, great people, wonderful pianos. Steinway really is an amazing sounding and feeling, and responding piano. It is handmade. This review is for their recital Hall upstairs.My daughters had their first piano,recital here and the experience was good.Enough parking and overall pretty clean.Didnt use anything else other than the recital Hall, so my review is very limited.Recital Hall was not too big which I appreciated since it wont be so overwhelming for my kids. Very cozy and comfortable.

A little hidden and unobtrusive from the outside, its huge and totally awesome on the inside! Lots of very high end pianos with outstanding quality and workmanship. I was there for my Granddaughters Recital, so it was my first exposure to this type of thing. Very, very impressive!

Has an amazing selection of used, new, cheap, & pricey. We want to get a piano soon for our house and when we went there the man that helped us out was extremely honest and helpful. Also, they have a magnificent pianos. 9.5 out of 10

It has luxury brands of piano. It also covers some of the less experience types but overall pretty expensive. The guy was very helpful and passed lots of information to make sure we buy the one that suits best for our need

I went there twice times, the first time I went there for a visit and found one piano is suitable for my kid, I asked all the questions about the pianos, the staff Mack said all the pianos are 88 keys, after five days, we made our decision and went there again, selected a piano and paid the money, but when it arrived at my house, I found it’s only 85 keys, I called the second sales, he said it’s not his problem, he never tell me it’s 88 keys. Omg! What can I do now? I already paid 300+ more for the delivery fee, the shop say I can trade it in, but that means I need to spend another delivery fee and select another piano and pay another delivery fee! What the hell! So unprofessional! I know the 3 keys are rarely used! But I only want to buy 88 keys! please take the piano away and return my money!

I attended an event here hosted by a third party. All the staff members I encountered were really open and friendly. Most, if not all, the pianos in the showroom, were available to try out. Steinway pianos really are beautifully crafted with lots of attention to detail. Of course that comes at a hefty price, some as high as $200K! The exciting part is that Steinway is now making more modern looking pianos with different pops of color.The upstairs is a nice space for recitals. The event I attended included a 45 minutes recital by Vijay Venkatesh and 2 piano unveiling! I think you can rent their open areas for events.The other cool fact about Fields Pianos Home of Steinway is that its family-owned and operated since the 1950s! Currently, I believe Michelle, the granddaughter, is the one operating the store. She provided a cute story and I hope they continue to thrive.
