Don’t use them ! I witnessed them cheating through my Ring cameras . They took advantage of this senior. When I canceled the service, they kept billing my credit card .

So they did not show up for the first appointment. showed up with NO ant killer for the second appointment. the people on the phone were HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes, there are worse things in the world than your company hanging up on me and not taking care of my ant problem however, maam but if i am recommending a company to my friends and family the expectations are at least that your team handles the jobs and treats people kindly. your company failed at both. ** PEST SIDE not TEERMITE SIDE** termite side is fabulous!!!!!

Customer service representative Gabriel was rude and unwilling to clarify service questions.. He suggested me to go back to me old pest company Terminex instead of trying to get me as a customer. Customer service so unprofessional.

Bad service, bad customer service, never call them again ...they want to inspect my property in 15 minutes because they have another appointment more important 🙄 hello !! Everybody is important for your business 💯 the service man has a small flush light for big property!! I have better equipment in my house and I do not have business 😒 🙃

I wanted to take a moment to highlight what a great job Corkys Pest Control did on my home. They were professional, organized and very pleasant to work with. I didnt have my home quite ready for the tenting and their technician took the time to help me. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend.

I love their service. They never miss a beat on coming to do my monthly service. They spray for mosquitoes and spiders. I dont see any more spiders and the mosquitoes flying around my doors have tapered off dramatically. The technicians are friendly and do their best to help you even at their own cost. They have very good suggestions that are practical to use in helping yourself in ridding unwanted pests. I recommend them 100%

The did not get rid of the roaches. No follow up on seeing how the problem was, when I called THEM and told them we have no changes in the roach problem they said I would have to pay more. So what did I pay for? A guy to come and visit with some dust that did nothing.

We have used Corkeys for over 20 years. Alfred is the gentleman that services our home. He is professional and efficient. We always know he will do a good job.

They take your money and they dont do what they promised. I am having roaches problem they came and did treat the out side for ants I dont have ants problem.So bee careful dont let them take your money.

Called Corkys for an ant infestation. They scheduled us for a two hour window from noon to 2pm the next day. Happy they could come out so quickly BUT...5 minutes AFTER the two hour window was up, we had to call THEM to find out where they were. They replied they were just about to call us (yeah right!) The said they had to cancel due to the weather and EPA rules that dont let them spray in the rain. Two problems with this:1. It wasnt raining here. (there was SOME mist early in the day)2. They said it was raining all morning where they were (about 3 miles away.) I replied if you knew you needed to cancel because of rain in the MORNING, why didnt you call to cancel THEN? The person replied that she wasnt in and she is the only one who can call customers. Huh??I said its not raining now, can you come now?No hes already gone home.Ok can you come tomorrow?Wered closed tomorrow. (Weekday- Friday) We can reschedule next week.NO THANKS!Very poor customer service.

After 20 years with this company, they didnt call back after 3 calls. We had a disagreement and I decided it was time to move on.

I cant tell enough people about how professional and awesome these guys are. The tech was great. I cant tell you how great they are. I would never call anyone else.
