The store itself is nicely equipped with everything you need for your party decorations and more and the staff is helpful and professional however Worst table and chair rental location. Chairs had dirt, spiders, gum, tape, string, they had writing all over and some were even broken. The tables were a hot mess. They were extremely dirty, spider webs underneath, some had mud, series stains hard to remove, gum, tape, string etc. I do not see why I have to be the one cleaning their equipment. I invested almost two hours of my time trying to make their equipment a little more presentable. To make everything worst you have to pick up and drop off yourself and still leave a deposit. Not sure what the deposit is for because no one on their right mind would want to keep an equipment under that condition. I feel they could have done better by renting equipment in better condition.

Like a dollar store type with mixture of Mexican Mart. I got everything I needed we got some ballons here.

Don was very helpful and caring. We were able to shop whatever we need so easy and he was so patient during our shopping. I will go back again.
