HORRIBLE!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I did not get the item I purchased for $89. I ordered the Custom Single Letter Wooden Monogram with Diamond Frame on Board and didnt get the board all I got was the cheaply made thin monogram. I thought maybe they just made a mistake. I emailed customer service and they said sorry for the inconvenience and asked for a picture of what I received. I sent them a picture of what was received, and a picture of what was ordered from their website thinking theyd make it right since it was clearly not what I ordered. They then responded back with, We are sorry for any inconvenience, but the order is fulfilled in good condition. Thank you for understanding. How is it in good condition if it wasnt the item I paid for and ordered?! This is unacceptable. Do not do business with these people.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I purchased a large wooden monogram for my wedding 7 weeks ago and have still not received my order. They have continued to tell me that it will be shipped shortly. I am very disappointed and I would never choose to do business with this company again. Highly disappointed.
