Amazing customer service the ladies where a tremendous help

I have been coming here for about 1-2 years and I have never had any issues. Ladies are always pleasant.

Less than ideal experience. They assumed a check I was cashing was fraudulent and they called the police to have me arrested while they told me to wait for them to arrive. Definitely would not recommend.

Employee was condescending, treating me and assuming I didnt even knew how to pull my bank info from my own phone app. Never going back there or recommending this place.

The check cashing business is, in general, bloated with greedy, unfriendly, and impersonal cashiers and no note-worthy options. At Ace I found an ease and speed of setting up an alternative method for banking and automatic deposit to a Visa card which is unbeatable.The cashiers were quite nice and personable, treating me like a customer who mattererd, not just another rube with money. I get notified most every time I make a purchase and can track my card on-line. Cost is low with auto-deposit and I am glad that an alternative to BIG BANKS is so easy to use. Thanks to all the fine people at Ace on 4th for making my life easier.-Doug T
