This DHL service point is easy to identify from the street. The lobby has self service kiosks and personnel behind the counter to help you with your needs. The personnel were very helpful to our needs and even provided a cart to transfer the package to our vehicle. Highly recommended.

DHL is the worst delivery service which I have used till now. I wish I would have gone with FedEx or UPS or even USPS. They claim that they have delivered package but dont have any evidence of delivery. Even Amazon takes pictures of the package if its left at the doorstep. Their GPS location of delivery is different than actual delivery address and DHL does not take accountability of lost packages. For international deliveries, DHL doesnt even bother taking signature for receipt of the package and they just leave at someone doorsteps. I was totally disappointed and unhappy with their service and customer. If you need your packages delivered correctly, please use other services and stay away from DHL.

I came here to ship my package. They did not open the door for me as I was five minutes early but when I turned around they opened the door for another 5’ 3 Asian woman.Then the DHL staff directed me toA self label kiosk. When I asked for helpWith the sender address, they ignored me and were not ready or available. I had to ring the bell by the desk four times. When another white 5’ 2” woman walked in, a customer service representative came out and immediately helped her. She did not have to create a self kiosk label and was quickly assisted.Then the customer service representative named Roger purposefully deleted and typed in the wrong value of the declaration two times. He doubled the value of declaration so that I would have toPay more for customs.He started slamming the paper with his hand when I pointed out the inaccurate, unacceptable mistakes. When I asked for his supervisor, he refused toLet me speak to her. When I asked him to print out a new proper label with the properly declared amounts he said no. He made me sign my initials next to the crossed out values for customs declarations. When I asked for his initials next to my initials, he became infuriated and started to toss the paper at me. He slammed his finger down multiple times to point out the areas requiring signatures.Roger needs to be fired.

Whenever I need to send a package overseas I willingly drive all the way from Riverside to this DHL. They’re that good. Danny in particular has been very helpful on several occasions. He’s always polite, but not in a fake way and able to come up with solutions. Even with the new COVID rules where there can only be a limited number of people in the building at a time I prefer this DHL to others closer to where I live.

The courier most of times doesn’t deliver on time. More than once, on tracking number were showing that in the morning the package is with courier already and it will be delivered by end of the day.But very often the dhl courier deliver the package the next day of the expected delivery day.

Never ever again! Terrible experience, everything is so slow and unsafe. You have to use their keyboard to create a label, no wipes for the keyboard/mouse, small room, no one counts how many people inside. It will be a miracle if I don’t get a COVID-19 after visiting this place.

This facility has extremely friendly and competent staff. If you need to have your shipments held for pickup or other delivery requests, the staff at the Irvine location is willing to work with you. If your inbound shipments have not fully arrived from LAX, they are willing to make partial deliveries on back to back days by request. The only reason I do not give it a 5 star rating is because their front desk drop off counter is very small and during busy times can draw a long wait, especially if a first time shipper is there trying to ship their first International shipment.

I had a package set to be delivered through DHL. Two days before it was supposed to arrive, I requested it be held at the DHL location. I went in to their office on the day of delivery and surprise surprise, they had sent it out with the courier despite me making a hold request in advance. This was a very expensive shirt so I wanted to pick it up myself. The lady at the DHL location helped me promptly and assured me it would be left on my doorstep.I bet you can guess what happened... The package never arrived that day. It was shown as delivered at 5:34PM. I arrived home by 4:45PM after leaving their office. There was no knock, no doorbell ring, nothing.I reached out to DHL to request they either find my package or reimburse me because they 1. Did not follow my delivery instructions 2. If they did actually deliver my package, it was to the wrong address 3. This never would have happened if they had held the package like I requested. The DHL rep I spoke with kept repeating they are not liable for lost packages. He said the vendor chose to use them and that I chose to buy from the vendor so I somehow cant hold them accountable for losing the package (???). If I hadnt specifically requested for them to hold the package, I would not be this upset about the situation but I did and they ignored the request. DHL - dont offer to hold packages at your office if you arent actually going to do it.The worst part is, it was only after I told the rep I was going to post negative reviews that I was contacted by someone trying to remedy the situation. Seems like DHL only cares about customer service when there is a threat of bad reviews. Much too little too late.DHL - you SUCK.

While this is free market, I dont see the justification in charging $100 for a letter going overseas. Then 3 weeks later later sent me a bill for $36 claiming what I paid at their store was an estimate. They also did not have an explanation why they did not charge me extra for a similar letter I sent a week after the one they imposed the extra delivery fee on. They did not deliver my second package/letter on time. Im definitely not a fan anymore.

Loved service at this location. I actually got great deal on shipping documents quickly overseas. Friendly staff, easy parking, quick service. Highly recommend if you need to make sure that important documents get to recepeint on time.

I am absolutely frustrated with how your Santa Ana location handles my packages. I KNOW its just this branch because I NEVER had this problem when I lived in Texas. I absolutely loved DHL when I lived in Texas because they were extremely diligent and competent. They followed instructions to a capital T. The Santa Ana location has the most illiterate, pathetic drivers of any courier delivery service I can imagine. I was supposed to have my delivery a day early today, but the ignoramus in charge of my package decided to reschedule delivery because I wasnt home, which I WAS. But you know what? That wouldve been fine, still frustrating to me because it was a lie, but fine. Here is my main grievance with this location. I have received, not just one, but TWO texts from your company SAYING THAT NO SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY. From my understanding, when it says SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED, that means LEAVE IT ON THE FRONT DANG PORCH LIKE EVERY OTHER COURIER WITH A SPECK OF COMMON SENSE. What is the POINT of this ridiculous texting system if your workers are too incompetent to abide by it. The texts say it was going to be delivered with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED and the SHIPPER ALSO indicated that NO SIGNATURE BE REQUIRED because I DELIBERATELY ASKED for it. And you want to know what the kicker is? With the link provided from the text I received at the worst excuse at an ATTEMPT for delivery I have EVER experienced, I had to provide a signature for a package where NO SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED. Surely youre getting the theme here by now. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am absolutely frustrated with DHL right now seeing how it USED to be one of the best, if not THE best delivery courier I have used, and a JOKE of a location is making an absolute MOCKERY of your business. The only silver lining to this experience is the wasted mileage, gas, and employee compensation your business will have accrued after having to come back to my location to deliver a simple package that DID NOT EVEN REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

I went to their web site and put in for my package to be held at their warehouse for pick up, they sent it out with the driver anyway, so I had to go wait at my house, then the driver was late. Although he did call me to let me know he would be late, and he was really polite and nice.

Saying that this service and store is subpar would be highly understating the truth. People here are lazy, liars, and mediocre. Over a week to deliver a package because they cant keep track of address changes? Call after call to explain why the address changes due to new construction and still nothing; I believe incompetence cannot be improvised. This has to be systemic.

We use them for some DG to Mexico. It always ends up on time, and I always request pick-ups. Their website is a little clunky. I like DHL as they offer Door to Door solutions that other forwarders dont offer. You have to have an approved DG account before you can Ship DHL DG. Anyways, the DHL Drivers are super friendly!- Colton, Shipping Logistics.

Do not send your packages through this package if the package is detained by customs they are not responsible, much less they notify you that they have problems with customs in Mexico and they stop everything I sent a package on June 5 with some simple sweets and headphones it was a gift to date the package is still in customs and now I have to pay the return of it ... lousy service 👎
