I think they should clean the insides of the washers because even though there isnt pet clothing allowed to wash, people still do it and it does leave fur behind. I always bring my wipes to clean inside...either then that its reliable..

I was reading the reviews and were 3 issues that others didnt like about this place.Limited parking, prices, closing time.1 Parking: the actual parking is on the rear side of the laundromat. Most people think its right in front but those are parking for the small businsses around the laundromat2 Prices: they have specials for certain days, look closely.3 closing time: they close at 11pm, last wash is at 9:30. By the time it is done washing it would be 10, dry cloths by that time it would be 10:30, and you have 30min to fold which by that time would be 11pm. If they let you wash past 9:30 you would obviosly be there past closing time.No coins needed, new washers, I love this place!

Ok it’s my first time washing my things here but I decided to come here because of the reviews, I get here and this mexican woman is cleaning the washer machines, so I can tell she worked there, so as I’m walking to her she looks frightened to speak to me haha ( I’m a young African American woman ) so first thing I have to ask these days is “ do you speak English “ which she should I mean your at WORK I’m confused why these people hire people who don’t speak English but anyways she says no 😑well great it’s my first time here and I have to figure out everything myself two stars is a good rating for this place, good machines I guess but won’t be coming back

I like washing clothes here. Its clean and they have a sink and hand towels. I like that there is someone to talk to when you need assistance. The only flaw is their location with limited parking. Although inside is clean outside should be kept up also. They are not the only tenant in the area, it should be a collective effort to keep outside areas clean.

Bad run in with owner when 1st opened. I was doing my laundry after the nice staff all helped out to get me started, when while waiting for my clothes to dry, I was rudly kicked out of the place by the Owner who claimed I was Loitering as a Homeless asking for money.... What a ass! We literally were going to throw down over his insults. I finished doing my laundry and never returned to give them any business.

Very Unhappy with Attendant taking my clothes out of the washer after stepping away for 10 minutes!! Horrible experience here with the Attendant that does not even apologize for taking my clothes out. No signs posted either! When i asked attendant why she took my clothes out she stated someone needed the washer, i told her she will buy me clothes if anything is missing! 😒😤

Sure, the owners of launderlsnd say theyre open 24/7. Even the lit up neon sign in front window flashes OPEN. But the truth is the last load is at 9.30 because they close at 11pm and re-open at 6am
