Great customer service once we were seen. They made a spot open for my girlfriend and I too be seen with out making us come back or making an appointment. Very accommodating. Thank you guys

The staff here are amazing! they are very knowledgeable with aesthetics and weight loss and I am thankful that I chose to come to this office. I got my first vivace with PRP treatment here with Carrie and I loved the results! The downtime was very minimal and my skin looked amazing post treatment. I cant wait to try their other services! Ive been to this office for the first time last Summer when I was doing this program as I have off and on for the past 8 years. But of all the offices Ive been to this is by far the absolute best! The office always smells so good, and the customer service is beyond excellent! Now being an MA myself I pride myself in giving patients a pleasurable visit in my line of work so when I receive the same kind of service I can appreciate it even more! I highly recommend this office to anyone out there looking to get into a weight loss program, and I myself plan on going back to this office next weekend as I now wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is the first time I’ve been to a Weightloss and aesthetic clinic so was a bit nervous when I started, but everyone is so nice and knowledgeable that it made me feel right at home. There were letting me make payments on the treatments, and had gotten 3 treatments and all of sudden Paul supposedly manager which is not professional by the way. Told me that i needed to pay all upfront. I felt im bring my business to them. which i can go any where else. He started to argue with me and wouldnt let me explain. I felt this place is there more for the money and not for the care of there patients. I do not recommend this place at all. On top of that the injections i can get them on line or simple at another clinic...........

Had a microneedling treatment done and added prp for extra benefits. So far I love the results and have scheduled my second treatment. Carrie is my go to for Botox and filler. She does amazing work and I highly recommend her!

I was looking around to get a hydro facial came across this clinic and thank God I did. Staff was really, place is very clean, they walk you through step-by-step and make you feel comfortable.

I feel so rushed every time to the point where it feels like my presence annoys them so much that they are trying to get me out of their sight as quickly as humanly possible.They are careless in preparing medication packages. I purchased my medication one time just to get it home and see that the zip-lock containing the appetite suppressant was not included, and of course they looked at me like I was crazy when I came in the next day to tell them. One time, in a separate incident, they gave me twice the amount of phentermine than what Id paid for or was legally permitted to have. Youd think they would be more careful with all of the regulations surrounding controlled substances.With one of the side effects of phentermine being elevated blood pressure, this place should be diligent about getting accurate BP readings. Aside from the two visits when my BP was not taken (yes, I found fake readings in my chart), my BP readings have been on the higher side at this clinic. Ive always been a person who needs to sit back and go to my happy place before getting a normal second BP reading.I went in for my BP check, and my first reading was very high. The staff member said wow! That is very high, and immediately repeated the reading on the same arm. Not made to feel any calmer from her statement or having my arm squeezed again immediately after, my blood pressure read very high again. The staff member asked if Id had coffee. I told her that I had. She told me I was putting myself at risk and that was how people go into cardiac arrest. She said she was going to give me a few minutes to relax then take my blood pressure again. During the 2 minutes, I sat there wondering if I was getting close to stroke zone and trying to breathe deeply and not cry. When she returned, my BP was obviously still high, and I was told that I would need to return the next day or the next week with lower BP for them to dispense medication. My first visit, the PA said that if I tolerate the medication without side effects, a cup of coffee per day would be fine.After my visit, I immediately made an appointment with my primary doctor out of concern for my health. At my appointment with a medical staff that behaved patiently and professionally, my BP read 123/79. I was so relieved.Since my work day had been disrupted and coming back the next day was not possible, I headed back to the clinic. I told them about my visit with my doctor. The girl who had taken my BP 3 times in a row in the morning told me that I needed to come back tomorrow. I told her that I was not going to be in the area tomorrow, so she informed the PA who reluctantly agreed to take my BP manually. The PA asked me suspiciously, I wonder why your BP is fine at your doctor’s office but high here? I said it was because I feel rushed here. Rushed, she replied, I wonder why that is? We are always about at this pace. I didnt know how to respond. She took me back with her BP cuff. As she wrapped it around my arm, I told her I could feel that it was going to be high because I hadnt had a chance to relax, and she responded with something irrelevant like, we have to check to make sure its safe for you to take the medication, and proceeded to take it manually. No surprise to me, my BP was high. I asked if I could relax and take it again. She told me that they had already taken it 4 times, and that if it was high for all of those, another time would not make a difference. I told her that there was no way she was going to get an accurate reading when you sit me down and immediately take my BP, and she cut me off to say I will not be dispensing meds today, and dramatically closing my chart and leading me out as though I were some junkie at a methadone clinic.Ten minutes after leaving, I took my BP, and it was 128/86. Since leaving this place, Ive found a local clinic that actually treats patients kindly, and Im so grateful that the staff here upset me enough to try going elsewhere.

This center is the best place to go if you need to lose weight or just slim down stubborn problem areas. Both of my adult daughters and dad went to the center after Christmas. I called and spoke with Natalie. I was totally impressed that she was so friendly and took time to talk to me about my daughters. She wasnt in a hurry and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with all the programs they had to offer that I brought my family down that day.The office visit was just as impressive. Natalie & Suzanne were great! They went over each individual family member, took down everyones goals, reviewed their medical history, and discussed all the weight loss plans. We signed up everyone that day and they had so many great specials to save money too.Within one week, all 3 family members saw immediate results!! Everyone was encouraged. Nobody had to starve or do anything really except drink lots of water, exercise, and get the weekly Lipo Den Max shots with the nurse or nurse practitioner. After that week one of my daughters and dad decided to try the Strawberry Laser to help lose inches around their waste. Both of them lost inches after just one treatment!! It was unbelievable. They took pictures and measurements. After 2 treatments, my oldest daughter lost a total of 7 inches around her waste! No pain, nothing. Only takes 20 minutes. It is worth every dollar to see results like that trust me. My dad did one treatment and he couldnt believe how many inches he lost too! Both dad and oldest daughter lost 7-9 pounds in 2 weeks doing just the Lipo Den Max shots as well!My other daughter tried the Phentermine and has lost 9 pounds in two weeks!Friends noticed their weight loss and joined programs too now. Its really amazing to get results like this so quickly and its affordable!A special thanks to Karina who is one of the nurses working with my oldest daughter!!! She is always so supportive and encouraging. She cheers her on each week with every inch or pound she loses. She really understands the weight struggle and is well trained & knowledgeable. We absolutely love her! She provides the best customer service with a positive attitude. Jen has worked with my other daughter and she loves her too!Im telling you the truth, this staff and their program is the best thing that has happened to my family who struggles with weight! I highly recommend anyone who needs help to give it a try! The office is beautiful and clean as well. Thank you!! 😊
