They arranged to have tables, chairs and tablecloths delivered to my house - which was a relief to not have to worry about. I got multiple quotes for my husbands 30th birthday party where I needed chairs and tables. This company was by far the most responsive and organized. While they were a little bit more expensive than a couple other companies, (by a very minimal amount) their professionalism made me decide to go with them. I was not disappointed! My only disappointment was high delivery fee. We opted to pick up and return the items ourselves, but I would have rather spent that time with family.

I had backyard wedding and hired On Call Event Rentals to get me tables and chairs as well as bread baskets and ice tubes... I did appreciate, that delivery was on day before event ( Friday) and pick up on Monday, so it gave us time to set up and make sure everything was where it belongs.I had service with delivery and set up, I receive the information day before about time window the team will arrive, but then almost 2 hours before schedule I receive info that team is on the way! Pick up was also before scheduled times, but short of that everything was great, tables and chairs were good quality and set up was quick and easy.I am not planning on another big event but if I was to give recommendation to someone else- take On Call Event Rentals- good price and service, just make sure to be there before they arrive ;-)

My husband and I have used on call several times within the last three years for special events such as weddings and baby showers. We hosted these events at our home and on call was easy and professional to work with. All you need to do is go online and order what you need and they will deliver it. They have a wide range of chairs, linens, tables and party equipment for any kind of party. We will continue to use them in the future for our parties.

We used On Call Events Rentals for our big birthday bash and they did an excellent job they delivered everything in time for our event. We rented the high top cocktails table, bar and other miscellaneous equipment all were fabulous for my event. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff and good product. Only thing I would say is not to charge separate delivery and pickup fees if you need to return the rentals the same day. That’s an extra $150. Was happy with experience though.

Service delivery is awesome. They show up when they say they will show up. Jamie was fantastic he even texted to notify us and ask if any specific instructions for drop off and pick up. Quality of tables were so beaten up. Luckily I had just moved so had lots of furniture coasters to stabilize legs otherwise tables would have rocked. When I called to express disappointment all they could say was use tablecloths, well yes of course, but unclear how that presents tables from rocking. Customer service and manager assistance was worthless. I will never use this company again. I used Pacific Party Rentals for years and was very happy. This merger is not at all good for customers.

Used this company for my baby shower table and chair rentals for 60 people. I was charged a table setup fee and they did not setup the tables. They said they would make it up by picking everything up and taking down everything but they did not pickup the items for 3 days and asked us to have everything stacked and ready to pick up. I would never use this company again. They didn’t do anything to make it right. I’m pregnant and was helping setup chairs and table clothes. They should have setup everything.
