I work 3rd shift and drove 2 hours to come here and do my drug patch to get it replaced. This is the second time Ive been here at 9 o clock and they are never here on time. Literally the most unprofessional place Ive ever worked with (and I lived in Philadelphia). If it wasnt because of my court ordere I would work with somewhere else. Ive worked with 2 of the ladies in there so far. One is a little nicer than the other but they never seem to figure out my paperwork the right way.

If I can give them a 0 star I would. I would NOT recommended this place at ALL. Staff are rude and unprofessional and the moment they mess up they want to throw it back at you and make you look bad and write a letter to the court stating you weren’t being cooperative which is BS. I had a restraining order with my daughter dad and it says that he should get there 15 minutes before and have no contact whatever’s what did the lady do have him sit 5 get from me and put me in the most unsafe position there and my anxiety was bad and they didn’t care and the lady looked at me and said “ we aren’t allowed to do this “then why in the world do it and NOT follow your own protocols you have there. I want to report this to the state and have them under investigation

I thought this was supposed to be a place where a parent can visit with their children in a safe and friendly environment. This is NOT the place for that. I encountered on several occasions very rude attitudes. Not sure why they feel compelled to be so rude to the people that pay their wages but Ms. Johns (said she is the CEO) and another employee Aretha were the two ladies that seem to have attitude. It is difficult enough to have to do this twice a week, let alone being treated so rudely. My Son told me they were rude to him from the start and I told him maybe it was a bad day for them. NOT... I was treated the same. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Worst unprofessional place never any help!!

This place is highly unprofessional and very bias. im not the domestic violent one, yet they treated me as such. my sons mother needs to be monitored when visiting our son yet they treat me with absolutely no respect. I showed up early to pick up my son only to hear the monitor and my sons mother speaking very Ill of me. when I called into the place to inform the manager, the lady called me a liar. their report for the court was overboard ridiculous. I would not ever think of hiring any one of these employees to babysit my child let alone monitor and make sure my child is safe around his struggling mother. it was an uneasy few weeks til court to get the visiting place changed but I just want to call this place out as garbage to warn other struggling families. acm shouldnt be in business or should hire professionals. there is no heart in that place

Fake reports based on payments not your progress ! This place does not care about needs or anything but money! Pick a different spot

First off I need to set the record straight. A.C.M. has been nothing less than a blessing for my 3 children - who are special needs. Their staff, from Supervisors like Matthew & Gabe, the front office staff, to the monitors like Jocelyn, Saul, & Maribel whom are nothing short than angels. Its funny when I read complaints of people claiming that A.C.M. LIES on court documents, when every phone call is recorded or claims that monitors leave children unattended. These are completely false accusations & nothing short of absolute lies. The monitors record EVERYTHING that is said & done in the visits. They even log (on their reports to the courts) the activities they monitor every 5-8 mins. Odd how the parents dropping off the kids can claim to KNOW whats happening DURING THE VISITS when that parent is only there for about 5 minutes during drop off & 5 minutes for pick up. The monitors are VERY professional & they DO NOT interact with the children - they give you & your children space so you & your children can enjoy the time you have together. However if your child want to type on the monitors lap top - theyll let them do it for a few seconds just to appease the children then its back to family time. TRUST in A.C.M. & their staff. DO NOT TRUST these false claims of staff or monitors being RUDE to the children or LYING to the courts - because I GUARANTEE the ONLY LYING & RUDENESS is being done by those parents putting down the incredible work of A.C.M.....& if those parents lie on-line with these statements & to A.C.M., you KNOW theyre likely also to be LYING to the Courts as well as the children. THANK YOU A.C.M. - on behalf of my 3 children as well as myself. I couldnt ask for more. KEEP UP THE HONEST HARD WORK. Dont let mad parents try to give you a bad name. After all - we all go to you for a reason, the parents cant play nice & keep the CHILDRENS best interest in mind & thats why your company is COURT APPOINTED! First I want to say to ACM, I have full custody. You guys need to adhere to my sons schedule, he has sports, doctors appointments, school functions and other things going on where visitation times might need to change in the future.This place is horrible. I have an order from the court that my son can have a visit with mom every other weekend at ACM for UP TO 4 hours at fathers discretion. ACM calls and tells me that my son missed a visit and it will be noted as a no show. How can someone have a no show if they were never informed of the appointment? ACM told me over the phone that I should have known that its at this time and day every other weekend. My question is how can a business run with people blindly expecting to know what to expect if they dont review the process with their client. When I try to call in and talk to a supervisor, they are gone for the day, or someone will call me back. I am still waiting to talk with someone about the schedule, that can actually comprehend what I am trying to say. I am not sure about this company and their screening process to hire a monitor. The monitor that is a singed to my case can barely say a complete sentence, when I asked him about the company process and how they inform their clients about visits, he didnt have an answer. Even a basic doctors office will send out a notification of an up coming appointment, not ACM. If you have the option in court, find a better program, I agree with all of the other reviews, the staff is uneducated. This company has no policy and procedures in place, I am concerned that the courts did not vet this company to a higher standard.I have reported this company to the BBB, filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Agency and the CA State Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Twice i have walked in and THE MONITOR OF THE DAY was standing up front. When i called to talk to the owner Zumba she said no, i said i wasnt lying. She than filled out court paper work lying saying i called them a liar. Eliza continually hung up on me when i called asking questions about the program rules
