Unisource refuses To accept personal checks over $1,500 to pay escrow fees or title insurance fees.You are forced to pay for a wire transfer or a cashiers check.Network Capital uses unisouce, so stipulate that Network capital is to reimburse you for these fees otherwise dont do the deal, because no one wants to do business with a company that doesnt trust you!

Wow. Literally called 3 times and got hung up on 3 times...very upset right now.

Please do not use this company!Ladera Lending used this company to do the Title/Escrow services during our home refi. They have two main jobs 1- documentation and 2-allocation and disbursement of money. First, they misspelled our last name on forms, mail, checks, documentation, etc. Second, they didnt initiate payment on our home loan for 3 days after funding. They failed to provide the two basic functions they were PAID to provide.

Their phone immediately disconnects your call, they literally do not answer their phones

This is by far the worst title and escrow company I have come in contact with. They recorded a deed for one of my clients and they included the wrong legal description. When we asked them to correct the deed, they said they would do it, but almost a month later, still nothing had been resolved. They do not respond to email, they do not answer their phones, one of their representatives hung up on me and its impossible to reach anyone in management. Worst customer service, no regard, no care for the people having to deal with their errors. If there were negative stars I would leave -10, but this review is not allowed unless you select one of the stars.

Company policies are self-serving and waste the time of their customers. Per the admission of American Financial Network employees, UEI will not budge on policy. If AFN, a regular customer of UEI, cannot get UEI to make exceptions or grant waivers or change policy, how could regular people like you or I effect any changes? Take your money elsewhere: That is the only option.If you have time to waste, enjoy cleaning up behind other peoples selfish motives, and enjoy hemorrhoids, definitely use this company. Buy stock in Prep-H, though, because you will need a pallet before Unisource gets done with you.

The bad reviews are true. They dropped the ball so many times during my transaction its not even funny. I had to extend my lock because of them and they took they didnt disburse the funds until I reminded them. What a joke of a company.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are incompetent and shouldnt be allowed to conduct business. I was forced to use them through the company I work for but after nightmares on every file I convinced management to terminate the relationship. They would constantly lose docs and then not forward us payoffs and tax certs once they received them. Barbie Chandler is their Operations manager and she is just terrible. Beyond rude and never has an answer as to why they are so terrible Shame on you Barbie!

This is the worse company to do business . Unforuntaly I had to learn the hard way. They did a refinance and forgot to put my house back in my trust. I was doing some research of my own and out about this error. They had no remorse about the situation and refused to give fees back. DONT do any business !!!!R Kimberly
