I have personally worked with Green MEP for many years now on many Multi-Family projects. The projects have ranged from 70 units to over 300 units within the Los Angeles and San Diego Area. They have always been available for coordination meeting’s and weekly conference calls. The most important aspect of their services was always meeting the required deadlines. I continue to return to GMEP’s service’s based on these aspects as with also their understanding of the Multi-Family construction type.

My experience with GMEP on my projects has been a good one. They have provided full MEP engineering on a variety of restaurant and commercial projects ranging from 1,200 SF to 10,000 SF. Some have been remodels others brand new build outs. Their commitment to the projects and being able to meet the deadlines is without spoken excellent.

Green MEP is a great firm to work with. All Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing are under one roof which makes the work flow, coordination and deliverable are much easier and meet the dead line. I have personally worked with Green MEP on multiple projects. It ranges from 165 units to 377 units - type III in DTLA. The projects went well due the responsive of Green MEP team members. I would definitely recommend Green MEP to provide any of the MEP work.

I have worked with Green MEP on five separate buildings now (including high rise residential) and have been impressed with their responsiveness and client oriented service. They have always come to the table with solutions to issues not just more problems for the team to solve. I believe their coordination services with LADWP are second to none and to me that alone is a great reason to use them on a project. However their services in their other disciplines are equally responsive and creative. They understand the code LADBS and mixed use residential buildings well and I will not hesitate to use them again.
