I needed a stable job while I attended night school and labor finders provided me with steady work at the same construction site for 10 months. The reason I left that job I graduated and now I work in the trade I went to school for.

Ive worked at other agencies . Labor Finders is number one, they put effort and time to really find work assignments for you. The staff is very professional and approacheable as far as assisting you in every way.

Out of all the staffing agencies i have heard of Labor Finders is by far the best. You are probably thinking but how ? Here is why, number one the have a wonderful staff they are polite and helpful. Number 2 i would consider them a very useful resources for those who need and want to be helped if i did not know any better i would say they are a zero tolerance staffing agency treat them how you would like to treated keep the respect level high.

Ever since I told them about my mental health problems they started giving me less work even though I call all week for work they will say there is none. When back in the day I would work for months on end and they would always be giving work out. I used to love working here now I feel un wanted ever since the new manager started . Please do something about this I dont want to get a lawyer and all that Ive never had to do that.

Absolutely terrible service here. The worst of any office I’ve seen. They send unqualified people they don’t come on time they’re not dressed properly and they screw up the payment structure. I have never been more bothered by labor service. Don’t use these people they’re not worth it.

Labor finders of Santa ana, great staff and they keep you working,also they treat you with respect and make sure you are treated with respect on your job sites.

So much to say and so little to write, awesome agency in all aspects. They understand your struggles and work with you to improve not only your work ethic but your image and self worth (from my opinion so far)
