Santa Ana dental group never disappoints. This most recent time I was 100% sure I was going to lose a very cracked molar but Dr. Dash was able to save it and fit a temporary crown . As someone who is hard to numb and also afraid of the dentist it was amazing that she was able to use the minimum amount of numbing, convince me it wouldn’t hurt (and it didn’t ) and even do a crown lengthening (gum surgery) without me freaking out and with no laughing gas or sedation (although they do offer it and I have done both of those here as well ) . The dental assistant was also very kind and the lady in charge of billing details was very thorough answering my questions and kind as well . This is just one example of many appointments I’ve had here that exceeded my expectations.

Ever since I went to Santa Ana Dental Group I really liked it. The staff is very friendly and not to mention the Drs. (The Best) I tried going to this other places but went back to them because the service and attention you get there is not the same no where else. Long waiting times. High prices and always overbooked with dentist running from chair to chair.. no real patient service. Also front office staff is rude! ...Owner responds I have never been when I have been taking my kids there for 10 years.. why would they know my name if we are just the next patient... Before you respond you should look at my family chart!!! Time and Courtesy is all I needed.. Not to be dismissed!! Its not like treatment is free!

Ive had root canals and things done at other dentistries before Im 54 years old and my teeth are getting in bad shape Im telling you no one has ever done the work that these people over here the doctors at Santa Ana dental they really have gone through much more involved worked overall scope of work that they do they do many things that procedures that werent done by any other doctor that Ive been to just make the whole whole end result just much better much better quality and the doctor stays with you the whole time from start to finish they dont go room to room to room and you know do a few minutes with you and then leave and come back 30 minutes later or 20 minutes later and do another little thing and then go back around again and know if she was right there she did the whole thing start to finish and you know me took a good hour and a half of her time close to 2 hours I think and should just dedicated dentistry right there with a helper and it was just excellent excellent work thats in quality Im going back in a couple weeks for some more root canals. And she was doing the root canal and drilling down for the roots and stuff they had a handheld x-ray machine that they could take X-rays right then on the spot so every time she went a little bit farther went to a Roots took a little X-ray and she can see exactly what she was doing was perfect. She had a little grill sets and little bits Ive never seen a dentist break up so many little parts and little bits and detail stuff to do much before never I seen a couple different grinding tips and thats it they had micro bits that were all different shapes Im in a real assortment of tools on that table I tell you I never seen too many tools laid out for doing you know Mels work Im in a contractor for 30 years so I know its like to have to have your specialty tools and they break out a whole rack of specialty tools for you Ill tell you and they use every bit of it you have to check them out really and be glad you did.

I struggle with anxiety and going to the dentist is always nerve wrecking. I went in today and was seen by the BEST dentist I have encounter in a long time. He answered all my questions and was very nice. There staff was also kind and easy to talk to. I will switch over to Santa Ana dental! Give them a try they will NOT disappoint.

They have the best customer service starting with the receptionist Laura is very bubbly super nice continuing with the back office with Daniel,Cinthia with X-rays and Delilah super attentive and kind as well as the doctors I went in for an emergency tooth ache and they did their best to accommodate me I did have to wait a little bit longer because I didn’t have an appointment and it’s understandable but was attended and taken care of.

I appreciate all the benefits they provide and the assistance. They make it easy to reschedule, to remind me and guide . I appreciate their service.

All the staff in the facility were friendly, kind, and courteous. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable and not in immense pain. The only feedback I’d like to give the big boss is please update your computers! You use very high tech equipment when it comes to dental care, but the computers used for imaging and X-ray take forever, adding discomfort to the patient with a big plastic brick in their mouths trying their best not to gag.Other then that, I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care.

This was my first time coming here I was referred by my friend. I had an emergency my filling fall out after 35 years done somewhere else. I called I was able to be seen same day. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns. I was lucky to get all my work done same day. I will definitely be coming back.

Before getting treated here I was terrified of going to the dentist, but coming here they make you feel very comfortable and no pain whatsoever. I am astounded and amazed. I have spent literally 1000 hours in various dental chairs in my lifetime. Today I witnessed something I have never seen before! A dentist actually realized and took into account how catastrophic it would be to me financially to go down the obvious recommended treatment for a tooth. She found a suitable alternative that I have never seen a dentist do. And then proceeded to tell me that this much cheaper version was good enough for me to live with. I have never witnessed this and I still can’t believe it happened. Run don’t walk to this place. They are not about profit they are about patient care and they definitely cared for me today! Let me catch my breath!

20 years ago I went there as a 19 year old and I needed a lot of work done as my parents never took me to the dentist as a minor. I had 7 cavities, four wisdom teeth extractions, and two root canals all done in about a couple of hours under general anesthesia. Its a big place with a lot of dental professionals under one roof so I didnt need a lot of appointments to get all this done. I didnt have insurance at the time so I paid cash and they gave me a discount for paying cash. My second appointment for the crown fittings was great and left me with nice polished crowns that blended with the smoothness of my other teeth. I went there because my brothers that live in Santa Ana recommended me this place. It was an awesome experience. I have been to dental offices in Los Angeles and Pico Rivera and none can match the positive experience I had at Santa Ana Dental.

I think Dr Dash is a tremendous dentist who exhibited a high level of skill and dedication to her practice. I appreciate her attention to detail, communication and extra effort to work through any issue to make sure all was executed to a high standard, insuring I was comfortable, safe and would ultimately exit the facility with my oral health restored. Even though I was not rushed through the process I could tell Dr Dash’s experience and ability allowed her to move quickly through the process with precision and skill. This place is amazing!! Alex at the front desk was super friendly even when I was joking asking them why they think their location was the best :) The entire team there is so organized and energized! Adela is always smiles and I always look forward to her witty-ness and laughter! Even when one of the staff caught me playing around with the dental equipment, they looked at me like I was crazy, but knew it was interesting to me. ( I don’t recommend that BTW)lol. From the X-Ray exam to the dental hygienist, it went like clock work. They explained to me any concerns I should keep an eye on.I can’t say enough! WOW! The entire staff and Doctors at Santa Ana Dental Group are AMAZING! Not just great - but exceptionally great! They made me feel like I was the most important patient they had all day! The Santa Ana Dental Group was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly no one was rude. When I took out my wisdom teeth they did an excellent job painless, easy, and everybody supporting you there. I got lots of help from a worker named Sergio super nice gentlemen. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with kindness and a smile by Liz. She was very helpful and answered all our question. We were put in a room and seen by the Dr. Before the surgery and we new our 9yr old was in excellent care. After ghe procedure our daughter was taken care of until she came out of anesthesia and was well cared for until she was ready to leave. This was the best dental experience we have ever had. Customer service in the ortho department is great, both ladies are very helpful. my all time fave was Brenda at the ortho. Always so welcoming and sweet. The whole team is!The dentistry side is great too. Its really convenient that ortho is right next door.Only flaw is appointment setting isnt all that great. I was pushed back a month to remove my braces due to them being booked! Other than that it was a great experience.

The dentist is okay but the reception is refusing to ask a question about dental things and insist I go back in there when I was just there last week shes refusing to tell me her name so she obviously is lying about stuff and just wants to hang up on people

This place is below average. I waited in the procedure room for about 45 minutes, my appointment was at 3 to have some cavaties removed. Other than that they wanted to charge me for braces screening when Western Dental does it for free. Be smart go to Western dental; you need a clinic where they actually give quality!
