Very happy with the customer service and the abrasives that I received.Working on a custom fabricated stainless steel project with a high polished finish. The pieces had to be bent which stretched and tore the finished surface.I had watched some YouTube videos and had an idea of what I need to do, which required many steps with lots of sandpaper.I showed Tom, the counter salesman, the part I was in need of refinishing, and gave excellent advice, recommended the best tool (angle grinder) and a single long life sanding for the grinder, buffing pad for my bench top grinder and a stick rouge. He even demonstrated his technique on my sample.He saved me a lot of money and time.This was my first time at this store. Its now my go-to store. Highly recommend.
What happened to this once helpful supplier? Could not & would not help ID abrasive & finish polishing discs we have purchased here numerous times in the past. Told us to figure it out then come back and well see if we can order.Yeah....we wont be back.

Great service if you ask me. I ordered what I was looking for, then they followed up with a couple emails with confirmation and tracking info. Will use again.
I purchased $800+ worth of grinding belts that I had previously ordered by phone through one of their representatives. When the order was shipped one of the two belts ordered were incorrect and not the same as the previously ordered part. The company refuses to acknowledge an error on their part and has accused me of placing the order online. I will never do business with this company again due to their sorely lacking customer service. I am now stuck with belts that I cannot use due to their mistake.
Since change of ownership, I cant even place and order. We spent over 14K per year on abrasives and they dont even answer their phone. Prior to changing ownership it was my one stop shop. I guess they dont care about their customers.Jon @ atlas sheet metal

Tried to order some 3M abrasives, but they were not in stock. They would not take the order over the phone, and wanted me to show up in store to place the order, and them come back 2 weeks later to pick up the items.
I believe this store is closed they will not answer their phone to confirm if they are open going to another supplier
If somebody would just answer the phone ! that would be a good start
