The court agreed that all of the documentation we had supported my separate property as being just that. The court also agreed with our vocational evaluation and imputed an appropriate income on my ex-husband who had been hiding his income in order to collect an exorbitant amount of spousal and child support from me. I am more than ecstatic with the outcome.
