I contacted Ztronics after being referred to them by Dells customer service. My Alienware had been out of commission for some time and I didnt want it to go to waste so I began my search to have it fixed. Ztronics was able to do that in a heart beat. I contacted them and explained that I had purchased another motherboard and processor but was not sure exactly what my issue was. I sent them all the parts and laptop and the day they received it they were able to diagnose the problem. My laptop was fixed and shipped back to me within a few days and they also bought the extra parts from me. If you plan on doing any business with them call first and explain your situation (Ask for Steve). I did not have much success leaving a voicemail, but i would recommend them to anyone who has Alienware issues
