Company will never pay and will try to blame you for missing parts that have nothing to do with your job went out two times for them and they never paid not 1 work order

Will never pay and will blame you thing they do wrong I went to 2 locations for them and never got paid for either one, they lie they cheat and then the girl going to say its only 2 of us here and they dont know how the tech industry works and flat out dont care about paying you at all

Never take a work order from this Company they will try to blame you for missing parts and never pay you

I personally like doing work with these guys. Other contractors may be salty because they didnt read the scope of work or didnt realize what they were getting into. If you dont know what to do then dont say you do. Additionally, as a contractor for LMS, I guarantee the most exceptional customer service experience that I can provide with over 6 years in sales, customer support and service. Additionally, others have said that once someone canceled they didnt get paid. If you dont do the work you arnt going to get paid the full amount. Work with the company for travel expenses and they will help out. Anyway its sad because most people only comment on something if they have a bad experience and forget to mention the good. Fantastic company though.

Do NOT hire, do NOT work for and do NOT recommend Logical Maintenance Solutions.Logical Maintenance Solutions (LMSs) client cancelled due to LMS not communicating. They did not tell me. I went onsite on time but was informed by the client that he had cancelled the day before because LMS didnt contact him. LMS THEN cancelled the service call completely without any payment and the Workmarket platform allowed this. I will NEVER be using LMS or Workmarket again.Do NOT hire, do NOT work for and do NOT recommend Logical Maintenance Solutions LMS for anything except non payment and no communication. It seems they have been running weak like this for many years but I bet if we spread the word...Have a blessed day!

Vendor does not pay I.T. Technicians for work properly or timely. They do not update notes on tickets, they do not close out calls for additional work required (out of work order scope), they do not honor the word of the dispatch agents in agreed upon terms. Do not take 3rd party work unless you get a credit card up front.

Owes me over 40 thousand dollars including interest for jobs performed for them. Technicians beware. Not as bad as Barrister Global Services but a close second . . .

WARNING: I was introduced to LMS via a work broker (aka: third party). LMS services printers via service contracts and then hires subcontractor I.T. guys like me to go to sites and repair them when they malfunction. Initially, I felt apprehensive accepting their jobs but was assured by their staff the job would be easy and youre usually out within an hour, so I accepted their flat rate jobs. What a mistake that was....and for multiple reasons. To make it easy on yourself I strongly recommend to just stay away. You will lose too much of your life, they will blame all their problems on you, and generally its just a miserable experience. If you do accept work then I strongly recommend getting your money up front and set up a worst case scenario so that you are not disappointed at the end of your journey with LMS. If you doubt me just search online for more reviews and there you will find your answers.

Do not do business with this Company. I had a 5 year contract which they cancelled after 3 years although they didnt tell me. When I called for maintenance they held me up for a week then told me the contract was cancelled.

What I found very disturbing was the fact that I recently applied and was approved for a slew of LMS work orders on Field Nation that were priced reasonable and very simplistic work for printer deployments, so I figured I would hold my nose and give them a chance and after doing due diligence by doing a Google search, I saw that LMS was marked as permanently closed which concerned me, because I just won a ton of Field Nation work orders throughout April and May for them.At that point I called LMS to find out what was going on and their dispatch agent admitted that their CEO marked the Google listing closed to stop the flow of negative reviews. If you have to resort to that kind of behavior, no matter what kind of service you provide, that kind of review deserves one star.

Do not pay their Technician on time, I specially doing this pandemic

If there was a star for zero I would click it. I am a 7 year IT professional. They are trying to rip me off, and review me for bad ratings for false excusing of client false statements. Even when working with LMS and PC Connection, LMS false accused me of doing wrong when LMS was the one that instructed me for the new issue on the printer. LMS tech support recommended a part which was then explained to the client, which they acknowledged what needed to happen. Then today, they happen to send me a message of false accusations and dishonest statements even from the client. All work with these guys is a complete rip off and a way for them to throw techs underneath a bus.

I am a computer service technician. I drove 40 miles to the repair site. They canceled after I arrived and refused to pay the flat rate amount agreed upon. When I called to discuss it they bounced me around to 3 people and then to voice mail. No return call just a cancel notice with zero pay. Dont do business with these people. They are not the kind of company you want to work with.

I wish google have 0 star. This company and its employees dont have ethics or moral values. They treat Techs live a slave. I hope your company goes out of business.

After 5 years of being a service provider they stopped paying for service calls. THEY OWE Well over 500$ DO NOT USE THEM
