Brandon comes to our office twice a month to assist our employees with their tech needs and we all look forward to it. He is personable and very helpful. Blake came today to install my new computer. He was very thorough and even when the job took longer than schedule, he stayed until it was done. He made sure my computer, scanner, and printer were all connected and communicating with one another. He also provided me with a number to properly dispose of my old computer. TechMD is awesome. Ive had many communications with TechMD over the past year, and they have been very helpful in resolving my tech-related issues. All of the situations in which Ive needed assistance have been done remotely. Once a ticket is submitted for an issue, a representative will get in contact with me and well discuss the best time to meet. There have been times where our appointments get thrown off, but they have been flexible in finding a new time. My interactions with various staff have been positive and professional.

Tech MD has been consistent and professional while helping me and staff I work with with our tech issues. I recently had computer trouble with a Mac, but they were diligent and thorough about getting the problem solved. When they come on site they have been professional and safe, keeping their mask on.

Also, they have this One Minute Wednesday video they do weekly with tips on being more efficient with your computer usage (short cuts, safety, converting files, you name it!). Overall, TechMD is a very hands-on tech support that does so with a smile and enthusiasm.

We are traveling thru Salt Lake City area from home in Tucson AZ to Pacific Northwest in our RV when my phone quit charging. I rely so much for goggle maps, rv reservations, weather and e-mail that I needed my iPhone able to recharge. Called Tech Md at 7:30 pm and we agreed on meeting at our rv at Golden Spike EV Park on Sunday. Marcelo was going to meet us at 5pm, but at 1pm said he was available earlier if ok with me. He was out about 1:45 and done around 3. Replaced battery, cleaned port and checked charger then replaced wife’s battery since hers and mine were same age. Then he replaced her film screen cover with liquid glass (looks great). Very satisfied with Marcelo and the work he did. This review written on what was a dead phone yesterday!! Doug from Tucson

Tech MD is always very help when ever I have had a problem with my laptop or work related programs. They are in our office once a week to check with all the employees and make sure everything is working well.

Prepare for slow as hell service. Dont do any contracts with them.
