This place was highly recommended from the place I bought my tuxedo from, so I drove all the way up from San Clemente. It was a great experience, so very professional, courteous and the best workmanship Ive seen. If you want your stuff tailored right, come here. The prices are very reasonable, it would be silly to price shop. You want quality over quantity, because lets be real, youre inquiring because you want to look your best. Raised up prices!!!! From a 5 star to 1 star. Save yourself the headache. They hiked up the prices from $8 a dress to $20. I have been coming here for years I won’t be coming back. When I asked the gentleman helping me why it was $20 instead of $8. All the sudden he couldn’t speak English.

Worst experience ever for my daughter and her minor son. She was not allowed to go in with him when he tried his pants for the finished alterations. The guy almost closed the door on her foot except it caught her cane instead. Shes a stoke survivor, rude and unprofessional!! Do NOT recommend them at all.

Remy helped me by making alterations to my wedding dress and then my Moms dress for the wedding as well. He took care of us and I was very happy with the result. I recommend this place to my friends that need alterations done.

Find another shop. Vest patches sewn on in wrong location and crooked. Didnt want to fix the issues, they removed the patches and asked I have another shop do the work. Additionally, shop opened 35 minutes late. See my detailed review on yelp.

Had an old high school swim bag that needed a touch up, the handle was ripping near the opening, they had me in and out within 15 minutes, it only cost $5, highly suggest this place

My wife and I both love this place. So friendly fast turnaround time, reasonable prices, their skills show in their work which exceed expectation. Highly recommend, but remember theyre not there to make you feel good so dont expect a lot of conversation because they have 5 or 6 people waiting always, so get in get out. But the times I have gone there and theres been no wait, the nicest people.

It was my first time getting my stuff tailored so I didn’t really know what to expect or if they even accept card?? But it was a good experience. I had a couple of jeans fit to my correct size and I’m satisfied with them.

I walked in with two pair of pants to be hemmed and an older pair to measure for the length. I was greeted kindly and helped right away. The place was very busy, but they took the time to acknowledge me and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. My pants were ready for pick up by 5pm that evening. I was very happy with my experience.

Terrible experience. Take your nice clothes to a real tailor if you need any serious alterations done. After 5 attempts at making an even hemline, we gave up. We will take our clothing somewhere else to see if it can be salvaged. They cant even be bothered to match the color of the original threads used. For $80, I expect more. Just disappointing all around, topped off with rude service.

Alterations were done perfectly in just a few days for a fair price. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Lobby is a little overwhelming if youre an older person (loud music videos play consrantly on one entire wall and the whole place is mirrored) but they get you in and out quickly so it is bearable.

The pricing is quite good, but the quality of work beyond hemming pants and jeans is substandard. The finishing is not the best, and even the tailoring can be amateurish. If you need to shorten your jeans, the place cant be beat, but otherwise, especially for more expensive items, you may want to consider another place.

Friendly staff and great prices. I highly recommend them. Dropped off my 3 dress pants to get hemmed at noon and they were ready to be picked up shortly after 5. And they even texted me that the pants were ready for pick up.

I had to have them fix the hem on an A-line skirt 4 times and they still didnt get it right. They didnt even bother to use the same color thread as the rest of the skirt. Never coming here again.

Have used this place many times. Even though I so its often more convenient just to drop these off because theyre always ready either the same day or the next day and the price is reasonable. For me I usually have things hemmed. But Ive seen other people going in there and having all kinds of alterations done.

Best tailors for the money by far. The owner is super nice and does alterations sometimes himself. Ive seen him when Ive come on Sundays. I love Rami who works there. He works magic making any alteration possible. Theyve sewn up and fixed all the holes and torn clothes Ive brought in. They even tailor jean legs so they have the worn, original edges. They did expert tailoring on my brides maid gown. Really a cut above the rest and high end atmosphere with music videos playing on a supersized screen. The bathroom is upstairs. Alterations are usually ready in a few days and they text you a ready for pickup alert.

Good value. That being said, you get what you pay for. Took two visits before they got the patches put on my shirt correctly. I was very explicit about how they needed to be seen on, and if the person taking the info from me had written it down, I bet it would have been done correctly the first time

Its trendy. Brought my daughters dress to have it fixed from old stitching used when made that caused it to separate. The gentleman told me he would replace the old stitching and only charged me $5. Thought I was getting a killer deal. But when I picked up the dress, they only repaired the areas that were splitting.I could have done that :(

SAME DAY HEM!Growing up, I was spoiled by a crafty mom, so I was pretty anxious to have my pants hemmed by someone else. I bought slacks for an interview that I had the following day, and came straight here after purchasing them. They have a few fitting rooms where you can try your garments on and once you step out, someone will come and help you to ask you about the length.I paid about $10 and it took them less than 10 mins to hem and my pants turned out great! Not sure what the cost wouldve been had I picked them up a few days later, but this is now my new go-to place to hem anything!

Took a mans suite to be made a size smaller.(have lost weight). They did a reasonable job. There is only so much you can do on the jacket, short of re tailoring it.

I have been going to this location for years and had always found it decent until today. I took in two pairs of pants and one of the employees said to just try on one pair. When I picked them up one ended up 1 to 1 1/2 inches shorter. I went in and asked them to fix it and they refused to do it. I was told by an employee (I believe his name is Ramiro) that they werent going to fix it without the other pair being present. Since it was an employee who directed me to not try both on I do not see how its relevant.He kept being rude and cutting me off.So for me theyre ok up until they mess up your clothes in which case they will not fix it.
