Not all dry cleaners are created equal! I spend around $150 a month on dry cleaning and have been somewhat happy with my dry cleaner until I learned what British Dry Clean Club offers. I was intrigued and impressed by Angelos passion for caring for garments and making sure his dry cleaning process is the best and most effective. They use the best products on the market and it amazes me how their cost is less than my current dry cleaner. I appreciate British Dry Cleaning Club putting a great focus on the customer experience. I never thought of using a service that picks up my garments from my home or place of business. I am excited to use their services going forward. I never thought I would be excited about using a dry cleaner. Thank you Angelo for creating a service I would be confident to recommend.

This was a great place to get your dry cleaning done. They got my clothes done in time and the staff was friendly. The prices were much better than most other places I have been to. I would drive here instead of going to my local dry cleaner that is closer me. I recommend this place. The best thing is they provide home pick up too..

Excellent Service! Beatriz is very kind, helpful, and get backs to you quickly. What i love about them the most is that my wifes petticoat is nice and soft. Usually when I get them dry cleaned they shrink and/or the lining comes out. Not this time, Im very excited to wear it and know that its an excellent shape. Thanks British Dryclean Club :)

I used this dry cleaner for a couple of years, but eventually the mistakes started to mount up and I lost faith. At first there would just be the occasional slip up and at first I just didnt pay much attention--e.g. they would switch one red sweater for someone elses similar but not the same red sweater. But I didnt care enough to switch dry cleaners over it because it didnt happen with an expensive item of clothing, and I am a pretty busy person, and I just didnt have time to deal with it. Early on I even recommended this service to a friend, but the first time he tried it they lost his shirt and refused to do anything about it, so he didnt use them again.I really wish now that I had taken these red flags more seriously and switched dry cleaners sooner. I didnt, and it cost me my favorite white designer top, costing a couple hundred dollars. They lost it. They refused to admit they had lost it. They refused to pay for it. They claimed they had returned it along with a black dress from the Gap, and then they simply stopped responding to my emails at all. Well, guess what? I dont have a black dress from the Gap. I hadnt even had ANY black dress at all dry cleaned in the last month. So not only is this claim obviously false, but it highlights how extremely poor their record keeping is, and explains how it is that they so frequently lose items. I can only assume that they returned my expensive designer top to someone else (along with that other persons black dress from the Gap...)I asked them how they keep track of customers clothing to prevent this kind of thing--asked them if they have a barcode system like Ive seen at other dry cleaners. So they said we have barcodes. Well I know this to be a lie, because Ive used other dry cleaners where they actually place a tiny barcode in each item of clothing. A system like that makes it very hard to misplace anyones clothing, because each item has a permanent tag in it that identifies its owner in the dry cleaners system. When I told them I had seen this system used elsewhere, they lied to me and said they have it, which is a dumb thing to do when I can easily see that its false! There arent any tiny barcodes in the clothing that Ive dry cleaned with them! I know they dont have this system.I particularly find it to be a poor business decision that they refused to compensate me for the missing top. They would have recouped the cost of the top in two weeks of business from me. Well, thats their decision. And my decision is that Im voting with my feet, and switching dry cleaners.I hope that at least I can warn other people, and save them from losing their favorite clothing items, even if I cant go back in time and warn myself. This company has poor systems and poor practices that mean that eventually, your clothing is going to get lost. Its only a matter of time. Take it from someone who has had an extended experience with this business over time. Youre playing the lottery if you use this dry cleaner.

I have been a client for many years prior to them changing their name for British Dry Clean club. I have always loved the convenience of them picking up and dropping off my dry cleaning. Sometime they forgot to fix missing buttons and cook your clothes a little too much but the convenience made me overlook the quality. I have spent a lot of money with them over the years. I had an issue about 3 months ago where they shrunk a pair of my suit pants. They were like trying to put on spandex. I reached out to them and explained the issue on September 19th. I understand that as a business they have insurance for when these things happen and would take care of a loyal client or any client as that is what a professional business does. After many emails back and forth and many promises made I am sad to report that not only did they not compensate me for my suite that they ruined but they have not even returned my property. This company could have easily reimbursed me for their mistake. They finally had a person contact my attorney who said he was the new owner. He said he had a lab report that said the pants were fine and would not do anything. He said if I tried the pants on in front of him then he would reimburse me but his report said they are in good condition. After waiting for a response for 3 months, my integrity is being brought into question which is completely insulting to me. As such they have lost my business that would have equated to a lot more money than this simple error and the business of others who have had similar experiences with them. My family has also been using them for many years and the company lost one of their clothing articles too. They are being treated the same way as me. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are bad!
