Im a regular customer this store and I always receive excellent customer service at this location. Quick and easy every time i go Michelle and Mariela are always so helpful and kind. They always go out of their way to get my checks cashed when I need them. Wonderful experience at this store :)

This Money Mart and the amazing ladies who work there were able to cash my check over a holiday weekend that I was ready to give up hope on!!! After two days and countless failed attempts to cash my insurance settlement check with banks and other cash checking places.. we found this Money Mart. It was a long process but Mariela was able to figure out a way to help. Thank you for everything, I can’t tell you how much you saved us!!!!!

Came in to make an Auto Loan payment and after several attempts with the correct account number the system wasn’t taking it. Of course, it was my simple mistake of misguided information from Capital One. I got on the phone to call my auto loan to only get hung up on for the 2nd time and until I got the right City Code the beautiful employee Michelle was very helpful and I appreciate her transparency the most. Being that she was honest with me when it wasn’t working the first few attempts is the most important thing for me because it made me feel comfortable to complete the transaction. Thank you for taking care of me!!

They cashed my check with no problem and the cashier Michelle was really nice and respectful would definitely say to come see them for all your check cashing needs

I went to pick up money sent by Western Union but Money Mart couldnt cover 299.00 because the store was too low on cash. Go figure. I had to go to Walgreens who was able to complete the W.U. transaction.

So I’ve been to a couple of these places over the years and this is the first time I felt I needed to write a review. Not too long ago I went in and ran into an employee by the name of Michelle who was very helpful. Currently there is some confusion with my paycheck or something on the paycheck and Michelle was able to reach out to my boss and get it straightened out and get me my money. After being furloughed from my job Tasha Tasha Michelle really helped and I am appreciate that.

I went in to cash an out of state check that I would’ve had to wait a week to get processed at my usual bank with all the verifying they do, but not at money mart. Michelle was the friendly young lady who got me my money in less than 10 min.!!!! I will most definitely be returning to this store location for sure!!!!!

Horrible service! There was a short brunette girl with glasses on that absolutely had no place working there because she was not only really slow but then she did something wrong in the system which caused an error and therefore prevented me from being able to send money! When I asked her what she did she said I don’t know but it seems like I’m not able to send money right now… She was asking me a questions As if I am a criminal or some thing and I told her that I have been sending money for the last three years and never had any problems… She was very incompetent and extremely extremely rude please please do not go here there is another one right down the street on 19th St. go there!

Great Customer Service Ive never been more satified with the processing of my loan. Mariela and Veronica made sure I was able to recieve my loan ASAP because I was running on a short time frame. I will definatly be returning to the this location and advise others to do the same.
