First of I want to about out Mike and Erik from the shop both of them were super knowledgeable. I originally went into detail garage about 3 months ago for the 1st time and was assisted with Erik. Super honest and knowledgeable with all the products. I was looking to start my detail business but wasnt ready to purchase. He took the time to show me everything I would need to start. After leaving I knew I had to come back when I was ready to purchase my starting package. When I returned I was assisted by Mike. Same thing with Mike. Super friendly and knowledgeable with everything they sold. He took the time to really get me a great deal. I ended up leaving with their Boss package and man the experience I had was awesome. Definitely recommending these guys to my friends and family. Thank you guys!!!

Forgot to give them my phone number for the points when I purchased my things at the register. So I called from home and my points were added to my account. Sweet.

Went yesterday to pick up a few items. Was greeted great but after it just felt like that one person didnt want to help that much. I was helped by Tyler but his tone sounded rude and he looked like he didnt want to be there and or help out. I see their posts on Instagram almost everyday and I was looking forward to meeting them but after yesterday I most likely wont be shopping there again. Christian was helpful and his tone was much better than Tylers. I checked out with Tyler and it was just uncomfortable. I came in about 20 minutes before closing but still, I think the tone should still be a little more energetic at least. I was explaining to him of a product I used but then he just pulled out his phone and started using it; rude and unprofessional. I understand wearing a mask sucks but dont be pulling it down when youre still with a customer (Tyler). They say theyre practicing safety guidelines but not from what I saw yesterday from Tyler.

Cool spot to pick up all your car detail needs. The guys there are very friendly and best of all knowledgeable. They arent pushy trying to get you to buy stuff you dont need. If you walk in there and tell them what you want your car to look like theyll point you to the right products. Ill definitely be back. Thanks guys 👍

Absolutely no option since it’s a only one product store. I don’t recommend if you want a quality outcome. I’d go to dr detail in Anaheim or detailer .com in Irvine. Way more options

Very damn impressed with this new product I bought from Chemical Guys blacklight for all dark colored Vehicles especially black! First time ever using it and my truck looks like it was hand waxed but its just the backlight car wash soap from Chemical Guys will definitely keep on using this! This Chemical Guys store is out here in Goodyear Arizona right off of Dysart and the I-10

It will take me a long time to even try everything.I really love the DA machine pads here. Quite functional n user/job friendly. These guys have good knowledge of their machines n products too and go out of their way to help you understand what you need or want to. I love the 7 day a week accessibility!!

Great store, amazing customer service, superb products!!I’ve been using chemical guys products for 6-7 years now, but I usually order them online. Since shipping times are delayed due to the pandemic, I decided to pay the store a visit.It’s super clean, they have all the products you need in the world to detail your car, and most importantly the customer service at this place is comparable to some of the fine dining restaurants out there. Immediately after you enter the store, you’re greeted and someone is there to help you find what you need! Highly recommend the brand and this store!

Good service and variety of products

It was going to be a 3 star rating: really liked the wash mitt, the hose nozzle not so much, and the rest of the product line (cutting compound, jet seal, buttery wax, ...) seem just like every other product Ive tried before, and the effect wears off fast for non-garaged cars.Latest product I bought was the Trim Clean wax remover at the store in Santa Ana: worked as well as yoghurt may have worked. Went back to the store - with CV-19 etc, it took a few months - and I wasnt expecting a refund, just an exchange for a different product.Now the most important part: customer service. The first reply I got was: since I bought it online, I cant return it. - No, I bought it here at the store, and I want to just exchange, not return it. - Nope, we cant do that.Obviously, this guy (since I didnt get a name, I can only say it was the fat guy with the beard) doesnt know about repeat business, or word of mouth. I was in the market for one of their Torq polishers, but: Chemical Guys - never again...

Place looks clean and safe for shopping low prices and good varietyof products and options will definitely come back

I read a review of this store just a few minutes before entering. The commenter stated that he gave a lower rating because, while he was super nice, there was an employee who hovered over you to an almost comical factor.100% accurate. I had to laugh because the review instantly became my reality.I’ll add that said employee said “bro”, no exaggeration here, 38 times. This is after I noticed the usage and started to keep a count in my head... the true number could be north of 50.Regardless, the products are great and overall it’s a nice store. Just someone teach is invader of personal space a sense of distance and syntax.

Meh I wouldn’t waste time or money here, C.G. Products are notoriously lame/poor quality for the most part if you were to ask any true detailer or enthusiast. If you want quality and expertise consult autogeek employees online/their forum or the many other local detail suppliers that carry brands that detailers actually use. Once you get hooked on the pro stuff you’ll never come back to V07, jetseal etc (and those are C.G’s best products imo). Not bad for a beginner or someone just looking for a step up from autozones selection but don’t expect to be blown away by their stuff.

They dont take gift cards from their own stores. I received a $50 gift card from someone purchased at the Gardena location and it was unable to use it in Santa Ana. Very weird. Definitely no good for their customers. Ive always been on the fence with getting chemical guys products because they are decent but never seem to work better than the cheaper products out there. This has turned me away from them completely and i doubt I will buy any chemical guys products in the future.The staff are cool they werent rude or anything.

Came in for some knowledge and ended up leaving with a full detail set up! My Boy Erik was the man when it came to providing the full step process on correctly detailing your car. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with non bias information regarding the car detail process. I tried their clay bar kit and was shocked at how well their product worked in 2 of my cars. This is the place for those trying to achieve profesional grade results on car detailing at a fraction of the cost. Once again, Erik was the man when it came to updating me on their products and the car detailing world in general

This is a affordable great place to find products that will keep your car looking cherry.I recommend checking ii out if you want to find professional products. Update: now that they actually opened, I had a great customer service experience. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff, and wonderful products! -1 star for the business hours snafu.Kinda hard to review higher since theyre supposed to open at 9am, but its 9:35 and the doors are locked with customers waiting in the parking lot. Nice job guys!

Honestly the best and most professional car care shop I have ever been to. I am a stickler for customer service and good products - these guys deliver. I had a very cute girl helping me out who also knew a TON about car care and showed me exactly what I needed. I know a thing or two, but they will blow your socks off with helpful advice and tips to make your car look better than brand new from the factory.I can not recommend this place enough.

Like taking kids to a candy shop, I get so excited in these shop. This one wasnt my usual one but its still pretty organized.

Havent visited this location but luckily called ahead. I found out this chain of stores are independent of each other and this locations prices are higher and they do not honor prices of other locations.

In general I’m still a fan of Chemical Guys, but was prompted to write a 3 star review after today’s visit... I’ve been to this location probably ten times or close to it. There is a new kid at the counter in there who is really eager to help, but to the point that it is annoying and really frustrating. In my visit today he asked if i needed help 6 times I believe and followed me around the store for a while like I was going to steal or something. Super frustrating so I ended up spending less money. He did answer a few of my questions but in a way that made me feel like he is trying to one up things I already know or just give super short answers. Idk. Frustrating. Then I proceeded to hear the guy talking to another customer and trash talking other chemical guys employees at other locations and the guys that do their YouTube videos.However, chemical guys still has some great products I believe. Jet seal is great, micro fibers are good, good waxes, good soaps, good clay bars. Air fresheners they sell suck IMO, many smell good, but only last a short short time. Also, be cautious about certain things you buy there. Some things are marked up so high in price it’s practically robbery. The foam gun they sell for 80 bucks or so I believe is the EXACT same foam gun you can get on amazon for under 20 bucks. They just put their own bottle on it, which is nicer, but doesn’t justify an extra 60+ dollars to the poor people that don’t know better.I’m still a supporter of chemical guys because they have some good products and have a nice storefront that is close to me, but there is definitely some room for improvement. The new kid working there really is a nice kid I can tell, but needs some training and practice working with customers.

Amazing place. They know everything when it comes to keep your vehicle clean. Ive spent countless hours on their YouTube channel learning everything they know. All of their products are of the highest quality. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Professional or just the home user.

Love every minute Im in that place. The help I received from the beautiful mexican women employee working there was very knowledgeable, inspiring, interesting and most of all drop dead gorgeous!!! Place is great but the employees hover over you way to much. Its equal as when you walk into a furniture store and every sales person works on commission.What I felt that was kind of uncool (with understanding that the employees are the professionals amd need to make a sale) is when they communicate to you about car care and you mention that use other brands I.E. Adams, Meguires or other they compete disparage the competition. All these companies make great product like Chemical Guys.Just keep it professional...

LOVE this place, Im like a kid in a candy shop!! Only use your guys stuff on everything from wash to final polish to your glaze and wax, clean out the pads easy with your pad cleaner, ALL your products work with each other.

Our order took 3 weeks to finally get processed. We left countless messages and emails with no response at all. Finally when we got a hold of a manager and explained our frustration we thought we were getting somewhere. I suggested that the order ($940 worth) be expedited as a show of good faith. I just tracked the package and it was sent using the cheapest possible ground shipping option available. It should finally arrive on Tuesday that will make this a 4 week order. Im sure if you are local to these guys they probably do a fair job but if you are not PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a local vendor for your detailing supplies.

Definitely a go to for car lovers and detailers. The prices on some items are a bit much for what your getting but I love all there products despite the price and am very pleased.
