Filled my tank up with their spotless water let it air dry on my personal vehicles and was greeted with water spots. Definitely not spot less.

Flex gear driven polisher, sonax products, and a few other things on top of the counter, these was my business at that time, about $600 worth of products, and the person in charge tells me that I had annoyed him, only because I was on the phone talking to my business partner and making sure that we were getting the right products, it war really rude, so I just walked out of the store, this person has a reputation already, always rude, short temper, when he gets asked about certain products, no customer service at all 7/10/2021 12:00/1:00pm

So today is the 4th time I’ve ever been at this 3D location and every time I’ve gone the same man has helped he is always rude and talks down to me he is a jerk today I really had to control myself and I’m sorry to say I will not be bringing business again to this location

This place has great products I’ve used them for years for my detailing business -Js auto detailing o.c. co- staff is very knowledgeable as well great customer service. Their water fill up station around the back works awesome

The guy ther I really dont remember his name but hes a very nice person very helpful he treats you like a very valuable costumer prices are fine for the products tha you get definitely when you buy something your money is worth it very good place I recomend it for all your car cleaning projects you need

Excellent service.I asked the guy on the front desk to check my car. He went out with me and after checking my car he gave me advice and sold me a bottle of spray of only $ 7 that solved the problem .

I went to this location on a Sunday around noon and they were closed. I sat around for about 30 mins until someone came out from a shop next door and told me they never open on sunday.

Years ago I knew this place. Good products good prices. To this day ... The staff ignores a lot of the subject (auto detail) they hold on to sell you everything ... except what you need. Products feel heavily discounted and of lower quality. The prices .. went up .. so I better buy somewhere else.
