Mandi Morgan helped let me see the world in a better view. She opened my eyes to how to become a person!!

The presentation was very basic leadership for people in larger organizations that have the luxury of time to manage. This is definitely not most manufacturing environments where there are significant time pressures and little time to practice much of the recommended behaviors in the presentation.
