I just picked up my uhaul rental from this location today and encountered what so many others have also experienced. The gentleman in the office was sitting at a desk behind a plexiglass divider but was not wearing a mask. I was wearing a mask the whole time. Pretty hypocritical that there’s a sign on the plexiglass stating a mask is required (apparently the policy applies to everyone but themselves). I came in cheery and was very polite but after the uncalled for rude attitude from the guy behind the desk, I’m not ever coming back to this place. I do not recommend this business. They do not know how to treat customers.

I went in to pick up my Uhaul truck reservation.I had serious safety issues with this place, specifically with one person.I chose the mobile pickup option, but when I went there, the blonde white woman employee told me that I can’t do mobile pickup [despite the option being available on the Uhaul site]. I only wanted to do that because of COVID and stay safe, but I understand, it’s not a full-on Uhaul place.Then when the woman told me that I had to come inside the office to get the keys, I understood why. I go inside, she is NOT wearing a mask. I politely ask her to wear a mask, then she decides to tell me, “No, I don’t need to wear a mask, but you do.” By the way, I was wearing a mask the whole time. She was in the wrong. Just in case you had the thought, I am NOT exaggerating. She actually said that to me, and still did NOT wear a mask. I feel like that was illegal.Do NOT come here! Especially if that blonde woman is working there. She decided to endanger all the customers’ health. She obviously does not understand how masks work.

DO NOT GIVE THIS RUDE MAN YOUR BUSINESS.

Great place to store your RVs boats etc plus the guy that runs it tom is a really nice guy always willing to help!

I have been storing my Carson enclosed trailer for 5 years with Red Carpet RV Storage. I feel secure about keeping my trailer there and have not had any issues. The staff is professional and responsive. Truly it has been my best experience dealing with storage. Easy and hassle-free.

If it was possible to give less than one star, i would. They completely scammed me when i turned in my van rental. She said just leave the key and i will send you the final bill via email. Before getting the bill i sent them a good review, but when i recieved my bill i see she charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I know the gas was right where it was when i drove off. i purposely stopped for gas right down the street before turning the van back in. i was so dissapointed. I immediately wrote another review and told her i was going to, but when i try to send the bad review there is an error. isnt that coincidental...Dont use this location.

Rented a U-Haul there in & out quick. They are even open on Sunday

Fairly new to this storage area, seams ok but on several occasions the back gate will not shut.Security is my concern.Primary on the exit gate sometimes its open for no reason and I cannot shut it when I leave.

Incredibly rude service that is absolutely offensive and useless. I have honestly never encountered anyone more antagonistic and disrespectful.
