I generally equate tow yards with death row. But B & D yard was different. I was greeted by Garrett Anderson, who made me feel like I was at Ritz-Carlton. My car was severely damaged /totaled on Saturday, 26th of April 2020. I left a $800 tablet and $400 Beats Headphones. B & D is closed on weekends. I was confident that I will never see these two expensive gadgets again. To my great surprise I not only found the two items, I also found money wedged between the seats. This yard is definitely run by honest management and employees like Garrett make a positive impact in a stressful situation. Employees were quick, polite and efficient.Thanks B&D Towing and Thanks Garrett Anderson.My thanks to the honest tow truck driver who towed my SUV.

Look I don’t have the time or energy to write reviews but for this company I do. There the worst. I swear to god. I know about cars, I’m a mechanic. And these were the guys Santa Ana pd used for my tow. When I got my car back I noticed scratches, and I also noticed that it ran a little different. The fuel pumpWas messed with. And my ignition coils were all messed up, as if they changed them with old ones. I swear to god. Then when I call the police to report it they said “this is a civil issue “ take it to court. I asked for them to make a report and they said they couldn’t. I swear the Santa Ana pd needs to be defunded.

A car in my name they towed. I let my son drive it it got impounded. Theyre holding it for a month and it will cost more than $2,000 to get out so I offered to sign the title over to them before the month is out so I would not incur more charges. They refused. Car isnt worth 2000. Greedy

I recently had my 2012 Mustang towed back to the dealer and I can say enough of how my vehicle was towed. My biggest concern was how they were going to get my car up on a flatbed without scrapping the front or rear against the pavement. I soon found out how to raise a vehicle that low to the ground up to a flat-bed tow truck. The driver used wooden block that I cant even begin to describe to get my car enough clearance to be lifted.I would totally recommend this towing company.

These guys are cheaters for new customers. I called them for jump starter and that was the 1st time I called them. They charged me 100$ for just for jumper. I cant believe that. I called other towing guys before its not more than 50$ . I dont recommend this towing .

They fail to give any information. In order for the person trying to get there car or truck. So they can falsely charge you the highest feed possible.
